Stevante Clark is the brother of dead criminal Stephon Clark. If you follow such things Stevante is the one who did the interesting little "fuck you" dance while disrupting a Sacramento City County meeting. It must have worked because the mayor, Dickless Darrell, gave Stevante the microphone after his little dance.
In any event a video, which has since gone viral, shows Stevante flashing a WAD of cash at an electronics store in the Sacramento area. When asked by the media about it he asserted that the cash was in fact stage money and this flash roll was part of a commercial or publicity operation.
If a person had a nasty and suspicious mind (like me) they might conclude that Stevante was tapping into the GoFund Me account for burial and memorial expenses for his dead brother.
