BURKA-CLAD BABYSITTER SHOUTING ‘ALLAHU AKBAR’ ARRESTED AFTER PARADING CHILD’S SEVERED HEAD OUTSIDE MOSCOW SUBWAY STATION

A heartless nanny wandered aimlessly outside a Moscow subway station Monday morning with the severed head of a toddler she was entrusted to protect before Russian police tackled the madwoman to the ground, according to local reports.

Firefighters found the young child’s headless body inside an apartment following a fire allegedly set by the woman, who was identified by authorities as Uzbekistan national Gyulchehryl Bobokulovoy, who was captured in shocking surveillance video wandering aimlessly with the head while wearing a black burqa and hijab.

The child, who is believed to be three or four years old, had been decapitated, TASS news agency reported.

In the video, witnesses at the Oktyabrskoye Pole Station watched the woman as she held a head by the hair while reportedly shouting "Allahu Akbar" in Russian.

The nanny waited until the parents left before killing the child, federal officials said. The unidentified woman then set fire to the family's home.

A statement from Pavel Astakhov, the commissioner of Russia's federal child welfare agency, makes no mention of the child's decapitation, but says there were "signs of a violent death."

He described the killing as “monstrous and inexplicable” and questioned the women's mental health.

The suspect, who was born in 1977, is undergoing a psychiatric review.
