On Monday, the conservative Supreme Court ruled twice against President Trump.
The court left California's sanctuary laws in place and allowed the state to refuse cooperating with ICE.
The
court also ruled 6-3 that the 1964 Civil Rights Act protects gays and
lesbians from getting fired. The majority opinion was written by Trump
appointee Justice Neil Gorsuch.
The Trump administration
fought hard against California's sanctuary laws and to let employers
fire people for their sexual orientation.
