When cops use teargas and rubber bullets, it's because a peaceful protest has become illegal
By Howie Katz
The
media has made much about the use of teargas and rubber bullets against
peaceful protesters. The media conveniently ignores the fact that when
the police resort to teargas and rubber bullets, it's because the mob
refuses to obey repeated orders to disperse.
'Peaceful
protests' are often illegal. When demonstrators block roadways and
sidewalks, they are keeping other people from going to and from wherever
they want to go ... and that is against the law.
The
police are being demonized for doing their jobs. In some cities, cops
are reacting to the demonization by refusing to break up the illegal
demonstrations. In other cities, mayors have ordered the police not to
break up the mobs. In either case, the nation has sunk into chaos.
We
now have mob rule in many of this nation's cities and it's all about
the perceived mistreatment of blacks by the police. Americans have the
right of free speech and peaceful assembly, but mob rule should
not ever be tolerated!
