A Napa 3-year old is at death's door and the parents are under arrest after the rugrat got into a liquid meth concoction.
The child was at first taken to Queen of the Valley hospital in Napa, then life-flighted to Oakland Children's Hospital. Daddy gave the cops a bogus address for them in an apparent effort to avoid trouble, but in the end the cops figured out the actual residence address and searched the home. The house was littered with drugs and drug paraphernalia in areas where the child to easily access them.
Logan Hildebrandt, 32, and Amanda Johnson, 28, both of Napa, were arrested but may be out on bail. The cops managed to get an enhancement on the beef which MAY keep them from being automatically RORd.
