Carol Fowler, 48, is a member of the City Council of Buttcrack, Kansas. (OK, the actual name of the city is Huron. Population 70, if you include all the dogs.) The Atchison County S. O. went to her home to take her into custody for FTA on other charges. While being processed she attacked a correctional officer, biting him and breaking his thumb. She then went totally 5150 and had to be lit up with a Taser to subdue her. She is being held pending $25,000 bail.
Fowler was elected in November and has shown up for only one meeting. Fellow council member Paula Clem told the media that her colleagues on the board were thinking of kicking her off for her continuous no-shows. Maybe now they will have better grounds.
You should see her booking photo. She looks like she is coming down off a three day meth binge and somebody shoved a cattle prod up her ass just as the photo was taken. It is truly epic.
