SCOTUS TELLS GAY DEATH ROW INMATE TO MAN-UP

by Bob Walsh

SCOTUS has just rejected an appeal from Charles Rhines. He is a denizen of death row in S. Dakota and sued, asserting the fact that he is gay made jurors unreasonably biased against him. He stabbed a donut shop employee to death in 1982.

Acting yesterday SCOTUS actually declined to act in the case, leaving the lower court ruling in place meaning that Rhines just may find out how Jesus feels about homosexuality in person reasonably soon.
