David Martinez, 39, used to be on the city council of St. Paul, Minn. HE was criminally charged with posting revenge porn of his estranged wife ON HIS OFFICIAL CAMPAIGN WEB SITE. (She was flashing her boobs on a beach in Puerto Rico on vacation.)
He was charged in December and copped a plea in March. Minnesota has a specific anti-revenge porn law which,depending on how it is charged, can be a gross misdemeanor or a felony. His guilty plea got him a misdemeanor beef. He got 5% of the vote in the election after everybody and his dog called for him to drop out after his sleaze move.
Initially Martinez said somebody must have hacked his web site to post the photo.
He was sentenced to probation.
