Barbara Garcia, 61,used to be the Director of the San Francisco Public Health Dept. She isn't any more. It seems she "forgot" to disclose her agency gave a single-source million dollar contract to her wife, Debra Reyna, 61.
Ms. Garcia has just resigned, citing personal reasons.
