THE GUN PROBABLY DIDN'T FIRE ITSELF.

by Bob Walsh

If Gerald Andrew Smith, a supervising criminalist from the police department of the People's Republic of San Francisco is to be believed, the stolen gun in possession of Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, accused murderer of Kate Steinle, did NOT go off by itself.

The multiple deported multiple felon admits to being in possession of the firearm when Ms. Steinle was shot to death, but asserts that he found the gun in an old t-shirt on the pier and it fired all by itself when he picked it up.

The criminalist testified that the weapon was working normally after it was fished out of the ocean off the pier by a police dive team.

The illegal alien scumbag is no longer claiming that he didn't shoot Steinle, merely that he found the gun and that it fired all by itself when he picked it up. The weapon, a Sig-SAUR pistol, requires a minimum of 4.8 pounds of pressure on the trigger to fire it if it is already cocked, and a minimum of 9 pounds pressure if it is not already cocked.
