DID SENILE JOE JUST HAVE HIS "BASKET OF DEPLORABLES" MOMENT ?

Good old Senile Joe The Hairsniffer make a comment, that may or may not have been off the cuff, when talking to a couple of Black liberal talking heads yesterday.  He asserted that about 10-15% of the population of America were "just not very good people."

So, what did he mean, or more precisely who did he mean?  Trump supporters?  White Trump supporters?  Black Trump supporters?  Gun owners?  People who disapprove of looting?  Black people who don't support democratic-socialism?  Anybody who doesn't hate cops?  Anybody who doesn't suck ass on BLM or AntiFa?  Anybody who has an IQ above 85?  Anybody capable of critical, independent thought?  Anybody who disapproves of pigeon-holing people to ensure their victimhood is categorized properly?  Anybody who thinks that Barbara Streisand is full of shit and Nancy Pelosi is deranged?

The possibilities are almost endless.

Now if he had said that 10-15% of Americans were not very smart I would have agreed.  48% of the voters voted for Hillary (46% voted for Trump).
