SOMETIMES, ON RARE OCCASION, YOUR WIFE IS RIGHT

The doofus at the Walmart in Springfield, MO. was Dmitriy Andreychenko. He went heavily armed to Walmart to "test his gun rights." His wife told him it was a bad idea. His sister told him it was a bad idea. They were probably both right.

He is now on the Walmart shit list. He is under arrest, on a felony charge, which could cost him his gun rights. Also somebody was badly hurt in a traffic collision with a police car responding Code 3 to the scene.

He is being charged with making a terrorist threat by acting in reckless disregard to whatever. I was always under the impression that making a terrorist threat has to be sort of an affirmative thing, not an accidental or inadvertant thing.

The guy is an idiot, but never explicitly threatened ANYBODY. Never pulled or pointed a gun. Never said BOO to anybody. I hope he fights the charges, and I expect he will since he is so concerned with his gun rights. It was still a stupid move.
