Leslie Van Houten, 69, has been a guest of the state for almost 50 years. She is also a stone killer psychopath. She was 19 when she took part in the La Bianca murders under the tutelage of Charlie Manson. The parole board voted to let her out. Gavin Newsom said NO. I admit that surprises me. I expected that Gavin would let her out and maybe help get her a job in an old folks home or maybe a day care center.
