The unnamed asswipe from Oakland owns a Benz, so I guess he thinks he is entitled to special treatment. His car was stolen. He wanted it back promptly so he told the cops he was jacked, and his 3-year old daughter was in the car. (She was in fact with her mother.)
An Amber Alert was put out. The car and the suspect were located almost immediately.
After they figured out the owner faked them on the kidnapping they arrested his happy ass for making a false police report, which depending on circumstances can be a felony. I
hope they hammer his ass, and all of it over a 14-year old car.
