It happened 37 years ago. Four teenagers kidnapped a 24-year old Golden Gate University student as she approached her car. They beat her and raped her over a period of hours, then shot her twice and ran her over with her own car. She lived and testified against the pack of feral quasi-humans. The turds were 16 and 17 at the time and were prosecuted successfully as adults. They were sentenced to life with the possibility of parole.
California law now gives greater parole possibility to persons sentenced to life as "youngsters." The cut-off trigger was originally 18, then 23. It is now 25 because the commie bastards that run California are firmly believed that persons under 25 are unable to make reasonable decisions (like voting for Hillary Clinton for president I guess).
In any event Michael Brown, then 17, has just become one of 900 people released under this youth-offender law.
Governor Moonbeam urged the parole board to reconsider Brown's release. The SF D.A. also objected. However the parole board declined to reverse itself and this 17-year-old ambulatory turd is now a 54-year old ambulatory turd.
There are another 2,600 guests of the state who have applied for release under the law and been denied. All three of Brown's co-animals are up for consideration in 2021 and 2022, They have been denied release.
The current law puts "great weight" on the age of the criminal at the time of the crime..
