AFFLUENZA KID NOW ROOSTING IN AN ADULT JAIL CELL

Ethan Couch was transferred Friday afternoon from juvenile hall to the Tarrant County jail but he is still under supervision of the juvenile court

Juvenile Court Judge Tim Menikos has so far refused to transfer Ethan ‘The Affluenza Kid’ Couch’s case to adult court.

Couch has been housed in a dorm at the Tarrant County juvenile detention center. I am sure while there, the Affluenza Kid captivated his fellow dorm-mates with stories about cavorting with Mexican whores while on the lam in Puerto Vallarta where during one night, he spent more than $2,000 for a threesome with a couple of hookers.

I don’t know why it took Judge Menikos this long to figure out that juvenile hall was no place to hold this 18-year-old creep who is about to turn 19 in April.

Couch is being held in a single cell for his own protection. The only good thing about the juvenile court maintaining supervision ove him is that as a juvenile, the Affluenza Kid cannot be granted bail.

Judge Menikos will hold a hearing February 19 to rule on whether or not to transfer Couch’s case to adult court.

I hope the judge makes the right decision. This shit-for-brains scumbag belongs in the adult system!
