Libby Schaff is the alcalde de la publo de Oakland, CA. Some while back a couple of women moved into a house that wasn't theirs. Eventually the Sheriff moved in to evict the people. (In CA that is one of the things the SO does. It comes with the job.) The SO requested crowd control assistance from the Oakland PD. At the insistence of Mayor Schaff, the Oakland PD told the S O to go fuck themselves. She then got shitty with the S O for sending out enough deputies to do the job themselves, including crowed control. Schaff then praised the squatters for a "courageous act of civil disobedience." I wonder how the actual owner of the house felt about it?
And people wonder why Democrat controlled cities turn into shitholes.
