You might recall that special inquisitor Bob Mueller indicted three Russian troll farms on his inquisition directed at President Trump. It may have backfired.
The charges, against three Russian companies and 13 people, were almost certainly window dressing. The idea is to keep the alleged Russian-Trump collusion in the media. Mueller never intended that any of these people would actually respond. However one of them, Concord Management and Consulting, said, HELL YES LETS DO THIS.
The problem for Mueller is that this gives them access to discovery material. Mueller definitely does NOT want that.
On Friday the Mueller bullies asked U. S. District Court Judge Dabney Friedrich to stall off the case. The judge told them to put up or shut up. Now the DOJ is claiming that it isn't clear whether or not Concord was properly served.
Be careful what you wish for Mr. Mueller, it might walk up and bite you on the ass.
