Governor Moonbeam and his road dog, A. G. Javier Becerra, are moving to sue the feds again, this time over air quality. The EPA is moving to force CA to back off on its ridiculous, unrealistic and unreachable fuel efficiency requirements levelled against auto makers. Jerry and Javi think they are being very reasonable in forcing Californians into electric powered micro-cars, even those people who live in apartments or other places where you have no place to charge an electric car. (Fuck them, they should get a house with a garage like everybody else.)
The feds now think that Jerry is encroaching unreasonably in a federal arena, and are moving to shut him down. This is one I hope the feds win. I am so tired of listening to Jerry spout his "the world will fucking end if we don't kill off fossil fuel dependency" that I want to go out and shoot somebody in a Prius, just for the hell of it.
