Various media outlets are asserting today (Monday) that the Mayor of London (aka Londonistan) has announced "broad new knife control policies" intended to keep knives out of the hands of London citizens. Among these proposals are those that would prohibit home delivery of knives. Presumably they would have to be bought at a licensed knife dealer, with proper ID. In addition the cops would be authorized to stop and frisk without probable cause to determine if people were carrying knives.
