Dijanelle Fowler, 25, used to have a one-year old rug rat. She went down to interview for a job in DeKalb County GA from her home in S.C. She stopped in at a hair salon on June 19th, I guess to spruce up for her interview and told the stylist that she was in no hurry. She left the crumb snatcher in her car. It got to 129 in the car and poor little Skylar fowler died.
Ms. Fowler is now facing second-degree homicide charges. As she is not a local the county authorities consider her to be a flight risk.
The baby's father is an Air Force reservist currently serving in the Middle East. He has contacted the court and has opposed her release on bail.
Ms. Fowler is alleging that she left the AC running which apparently ran down the battery. (The AC does not work unless the motor is running as well.) When she came out she noticed the car (thought not the baby) being dead, calmly asked for a jump, and drove to the hospital at Emory University.
Just off the top of my head I would say that Ms. Fowler is in deep kimchi, and deservedly so. .
