When Leroy Bill ‘Blast’ Black croaked, he left behind a bereaved wife, a bereaved girlfriend and dueling obituaries
When Leroy Bill ‘Blast’ Black was alive he must have had a blast because he had a ‘loving wife’ as well as a ‘longtime girlfriend. Blast croaked of cancer Tuesday at his home in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.
When Blast’s wife and girlfriend couldn’t agree on an obituary, the funeral home accepted one from each of the bereaved survivors. Both obits were published Friday in the Press of Atlantic City, stacked one on top of the other. The wife’s obit was on top.
Here is the obit by Bearetta Harrison Black, his loving wife:

What can I say other than that all good things must come to an end. And so it was with Blast, who had a blast until the very end. My condolences to Bearetta and Princess.
