THE FIST FIGHT IN THE FLAMING DUMPSTER WAS AMUSING

by Bob Walsh

I actually watched a fair chunk of the pseudo-debate in Nevada last night. Most of the slings and arrows were, as expected, aimed at Bloomie. He was not completely successful in deflecting them. It seems like pretty much everybody thinks he is an arrogant asshole carpetbagger. His weak-ass answer about the NDAs might have been correct, but didn't win him any points. He tried to convince people that he can beat Trump and nobody else can. His presentation was lacking. He also caught more than a little indirect flack via the DNC for them rolling over and changing the rules to get him on stage.

Crazy Bernie came out OK. He might have even gone up, he certainly did not go down. He did catch a little grief over his flip-flop on his medical records. Klobuchar and Mayor Pete did a little sparring. Bloomie got beat on pretty good and maybe got a broken nose for his trouble, but not a broken neck. Yet. I am confident somebody will be polling the outcome by the weekend.

It is beginning to look more like Crazy Bernie may get the brass ring unless the democrats slit his throat again. After March 3 we will have a substantially better idea of which way the wind is really blowing.

Fun Fun Fun.

EDITOR'S NOTE: You may be right about Crazy Bernie, but you overlooked Elizabeth Warren who dominated the debate all night long.
