JUDGE TIGAR KICKED IN THE NUTS, NOT ONCE BUT TWICE, BY THE NINTH CIRCUS

Judge Tigar is a federal judge in CA. He is an Obama appointment and a liberal psychopath. A couple of weeks back he issued an order declaring that the Trump immigration change requiting that wannabe immigrants SEEKING ASYLUM must apply for asylum in the first county them come to on the way out of their "oppressive" country. In other words unless you are from Mexico or Canada you can't apply for asylum at the U S border or within the U S.

Tigar decided that was unconstitutional, and issued his order prohibiting the enforcement of the policy THROUGHOUT THE U S rather than just within the Ninth District. The uber-liberal Ninth Circuit Court Of Appeals slapped him down, said YOU CAN"T DO THAT.

Judge Tigar said "fuck you," asserted that he had discovered new evidence bearing on the matter, and issued a NEW order, which he again asserted was valid throughout the US, prohibiting the U S from enforcing the order. Acting on Monday the Ninth Circuit AGAIN slapped him down.

It might be unrealistic to believe the Ninth Circuit has finally remove their heads from their asses, or at least Obama's ass. It is possible that they don't want to be made to look like complete asses when SCOTUS overturns the order that they should have overturned. Trump seems to be intent on pushing the issue, so I expect we shall see.
