The Lt. Governor of Texas put his mouse in motion before he put his brain in gear

The New York Daily News had a tacky front page Thursday mocking the prayers given by Republicans in the wake of the San Bernardino shootings and entitled “GOD ISN’T FIXING THIS.”
That upset the most powerful leader of the great State of Texas, Lt. Governor Dan Patrick. Dan wasn’t about to let the Daily News get away with that. He Tweeted:
"14 Dead in California Mass Shooting: God Hears Our Prayers."
Oops! Good ole Dan quickly deleted his tweet when he was hit with a barrage of responding tweets ridiculing him for what he had said. The good Lt. Governor had embarrassed himself and the State by putting his mouse in motion before he put his brain in gear.
