For those of you not up with the patois, a Dump Truck is a sub-marginal employee. They are even worse than Warm Bodies because at least a Warm Body just sits there. They don't pee in the Cheerios.
The regional jail in Charleston, W.V., has just placed a fifth employee on unpaid administrative leave following an escape in which the bad guy was gone for 36 hours before anybody noticed.
