The governor of the formerly great state of California has signed legislation intended to poke Donald Trump in the eye some more. He wants to block further oil exploration and exploitation in waters off the California coast, so this will block any onshore infrastructure that may be necessary to support any new offshore drilling. HE hopes this will make any new drilling an untenable situation.
He may be right, or maybe not. Now if the companies that will be drilling would threaten to stop selling gas in CA if the legislature does not remove it's head from it's ass, that might be amusing to watch. Maybe not amusing to HAPPEN, but to watch the attempt would be fun.
