Things are not yet 100% settled, but it looks pretty much like this. Crazy Bernie won, as expected, with about 26.5% of the total vote. Mayor Pete came in at a reasonable second with about 24%. Amy Klobuchar came in with a very surprising and respectable third at right around 20%. Pocahontas came in a distant fourth, with under 10%. (Remember the cutoff to get any delegates is 15%.) Joe the Hairsniffer came in lower than whale shit at something around 8.5%, and Steyer, Gabbard and Yang pulled down about 10% between all three of them.
Sorry Howie, I know you disagree, but things are looking bleak for Joe. He was originally expected to win fairly big in Nevada due to the large Hispanic vote, and win fairly big in S.C. due to the large, traditionally democrat Black vote. If he does not, I am not sure I would bet on him straggling along to Super Tuesday.
All of this of course is just fine with me. The more muddled the kindof-sortof-middle of the Democratic-Socialist party will be so cluttered up that Crazy Bernie will keep snatching delegates and respectable showings. The Bernie Bros are not likely to get behind anybody else, especially if Bernie fights it out all the way to the convention.
Bernie vs. Trump. I have doubts about it happening, but it sure as hell would be fun to watch.
