Clooney comes to the defense of gold-digging bitch Meghan Markle

Once Meghan Markle got her gold-digging claws into Prince Harry, she shunned her peasant father and other family members. Not long after her marriage to Harry, several of the closest staff members that were assigned to her started to quit one by one because, according to reports, she was a real bitch to work for. Top that off with a reported serious rift between her and Prince William’s wife Kate.

Along comes actor George Clooney to defend his friend Markle, praising her as “a really kind and smart and intelligent young woman,” and declaring that the way she has been “portrayed” is “unjust”.

Clooney has been outspoken on many political and social issues. When Clooney speaks, the media listens. But how much are Clooney’s opinions really worth?

Clooney first got attention as an actor, not for hi acting ability, but because he was the nephew of popular singer Rosemary Clooney. Eventually he became an award-winning actor.

So, how much are his opinions really worth? No more than mine! Some people like my opinions on criminal justice, political and social issues, others think I’m full of shit. The only difference between Clooney’s opinions and mine is that he’s a celebrity and I’m not, and celebrities get a lot of attention.

There are so many negative reports about Markle that one would have to conclude that most of them are true. Clooney’s defense of Markle rings hollow.

When I was in charge of a basic police traing academy, one of the graduates evaluated me by remarking: “You can’t make chicken soup out of chicken shit.” I think that also applies to Meghan Markle, probably more so than to me.

It’s more likely that Clooney just wanted to ingratiate himself into the Royal Family.
