MRI devices can kill you!
by Bob Walsh
It happened on Saturday night in the Nair Hospital in Mumbai, India. Rajesh Maru, 32, was unlucky enough and/or uninformed enough to actually approach an active MRI machine while in possession of an oxygen canister. Maru was sucked violently into the machine by the magnetic force.
One medical doctor and a flunky were arrested by the cops for negligent homicide.
In 2014 two hospital workers were injured in New Delhi when they were pinned against an MRI by a large oxygen cylinder FOR FOUR FUCKING HOURS.
In 2001 a 6-year old boy was killed in a New York hospital when he was nailed in the head by an oxygen tank that flew across the room when the MRI was fired up.
MRI devices work on magnets. Magnets attract ferrous metal. It isn't that hard. Somebody smart enough to work in a hospital should be able to figure that out.
