Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, aka Jose Juan Dominguez de la Parra, appeared in federal court in the People's Republic of San Francisco on two gun charges. He declined to enter a plea and his asshole lawyer is trying to have the charges dismissed as double jeopardy. Lots of luck on that one.
The illegal alien asshole is also looking at 2 years in Texas for violation of probation. Had he been there checking in with his probation officer he would not have been in San Francisco killing Kate Steinle.
Fuck him, fuck his lawyers and fuck the horses they rode in on. I hope the feds prosecute him every time he farts in church.
