Man who plowed into 9-year-old girl with his car claims he was fighting off a carjacker

On March 29, a speeding car jumped over the curb into a front yard where it plowed into a little 9-year-old black girl before crashing into her home in Lithonia, near Atlanta. The driver got out of the car and fled on foot.

LaDerihanna Holmes was rushed to a hospital in critical condition with a fractured skull and a shattered pelvis that was broken in three places. She is making a remarkable recovery. Her home was destroyed.

On Tuesday, Gabriel Fordham, the hit-and-run driver Turned himself in to the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office.

Fordham’s explanation was that at the same time he was driving, he was fighting off a carjacker who was pistol-whipping him. He claimed that the carjacker jumped into his car while he was stopped at a stop sign. And he was not a hit-and-run driver because he was fleeing from the car jacker.

Fordham who is black said the carjacker was white.

What a fucking bunch of horseshit! Fordham is a Jussie Smollett impersonator. The only difference is that unlike Smollett, he did not say his attacker yelled “Make America great again.”

Let me add that I saw LaDerihanna interviewed on Friday’s NBC Today show. She’s not only cute as a button, but she’s very smart too. She has the vocabulary of a literate adult.
