A section was placed in the CA budget bill (which by law is supposed to be passed by June 15) that would make much of the safety information about large dams in California exempt from the public records act. Damn, you might almost think those devious bastards were trying to HIDE something (like how badly the pooch got screwed on Oroville), wouldn't you.
