At about 9 p.m. California time it was obvious that things were going not according to predictions. By 1030 it was obvious that this was now LIKELY to be going Trump's way. By a few minutes after midnight Hillary had conceded and the news media (at least some of them) had called the race for Trump.
I don't know for sure what this will bring but I can make a couple of pretty good guesses. A year from now there will be a more or less completed actual investigation (as opposed to a sham investigation) of the Clinton Crime Family. Also we will have another judge on the Supreme Court that actually believes the Constitution means what it says. Even if Trump does nothing else substantive in the next year that will be a big thing.
I told you Howie.
I didn't need the 'ludes. Me and the dogs killed the pizza and beer. It was a good night. My lady friend even said she would cough up the $5 tomorrow.
All things considered it was a damn fine evening.
EDITOR’S NOTE: A damn fine evening and night it was.
