HOW THE ART CLASS MODEL LOST HIS MARBLES
What better way to end the year than with a bit of British humor. Happy New Year everybody!
IT’S TIME TO FORM A WHITE LIVES MATTER TOO ORGANIZATION
Since Black Lives Matter was formed to protest the killing of black men by white cops, whites should form White Lives Matter Too to protest the killing of white victims by black men
President Obama hs expressed his concern about the number of young black men getting killed by white cops and he has said he supports Black Lives Matter.
While black murderers prey mostly on black victims, there are many, many more whites getting killed by young black men than young black men getting killed by white cops. Since Black Lives Matter was formed to protest the killing of black men by white cops, whites should form White Lives Matter Too to protest the killing of whites by blacks.
Would Obama support White Lives Matter Too? Maybe, but I wouldn’t hold my breath. The Democratic base would quickly label White Lives Matter Too as a racist organization.
The following 8-day crime spree serves as a good example of young black men killing whites:
MAN CHARGED IN AMANDA BLACKBURN’S DEATH CHARGED IN SECOND DEADLY ROBBERY

December 29, 2015
INDIANAPOLIS -- One of the men charged with the death of Amanda Blackburn has been charged in a second deadly robbery, according to a press release from the Marion County Prosecutor's Office.
Larry Jo Taylor has been charged in the robbery and shooting death of Rolando Gonzalez-Hernandez.
Hernandez was found unresponsive next to his vehicle in the 4500 block of Candletree Circle at the La Joya Apartments on the city's west side on November 4, 2015.
Gonzalez was pronounced dead at the scene. A coroner's report later determined the cause of death was a gunshot wound to the head where the bullet hit the brain.
Taylor has been charged with murder, felony murder and robbery resulting in serious bodily injury.
According to the probable cause affidavit, three witnesses provided statements to detectives that Taylor personally indicated to them he had robbed and shot someone at the apartment complex where Gonzalez was found.
One of the witnesses told a detective they heard Taylor talking about robbing someone and only getting $10 from them.
Another witness said Taylor showed them a news clip about a person being shot at La Joya Apartments.
A third witness said Taylor told them he shot someone at La Joya Apartments.
In addition, Taylor's cell phone allegedly made several calls and received several calls in the area of 4500 Candletree Circle between the hours of 4:10 and 8:56 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the shooting at 8:31 p.m.
Taylor and Jalen Watson are currently facing charges in the shooting death of Amanda Blackburn the morning of Nov. 10.
Blackburn was shot in the head during the break-in while her son was in the next room. Her husband, pastor Davey Blackburn, came home to find her unresponsive. She died less than a day later of her injuries. Blackburn was 12 weeks pregnant when she was killed.
Taylor was also charged with murder causing the termination of a human pregnancy. That charge could add an additional 6-20 years to his sentence.
The two are also accused of committing two additional burglaries on the morning of November 10, along with a third defendant, Diano Gordon.
Taylor and Watson are also charged for the alleged rape and burglary of a woman that happened on November 3, 2015 in a west side apartment.
According to court documents, the two men entered the woman's apartment while she was home alone. They then demanded money and stole items from her.
Taylor is accused of sexually assaulting the woman while holding a handgun to the back of her neck.
The woman reported that a cell phone, laptop, TV, jewelry, headphones and a purse were removed from the home. Her car was also reported stolen.
Police believe the stolen items were sold to people living near 56th Street and Georgetown Road. Those people who bought the items identified Watson and Taylor by a photo array. The woman's vehicle was also recovered nearby.
Taylor was first identified as a suspect in the Nov. 3 sexual assault and burglary by DNA evidence.
Call 6 Investigates has learned in June 2015, Taylor was arrested for indecent exposure in the Nora Plaza on Indianapolis' north side. In September 2014 , Taylor was arrested on burglary charges. People were in the southside home when Taylor and several others broke in.

TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL HAS FILED 8,000 MOTIONS TO KEEP FROM BEING TRIED FOR SECURITIES FRAUD
Another day, another idiotic Ken Paxton motion
By Craig Malisow | Houston Press | December 29, 2015
You've gotta hand it to embattled Texas Attorney General Ken "Have I Got a Deal for You" Paxton, indicted on three counts of securities fraud: the guy will do anything he can to create a distraction from the actual charges, which look really bad on paper. Really bad.
His latest trick is to accuse the special prosecutors of being paid more than state law allows, the Austin American-Statesman reports. Paxton's lawyers (who are being paid by Paxton, since his charges don't stem from work he did as an elected official) alleged in a recent motion that the three prosecutors' pre-trial work is statutorily capped at $1,000 each. But the lawyers, Brian Wice, Kent Schaffer, and Nicole Deborde, are each being paid $300 per hour.
Paxton's lawyers argue in the motion that, "Naturally, the private lawyers are entitled to command their market rates for private cases. “However, with their appointments, they have stepped into the shoes of public servants and must be accountable to the public trust. The $300 per hour rate is not only excessive under (state law), but also when compared to any relevant amount.”
The prosecutors told the American-Statesman, "Mr. Paxton’s considerable resources would be far better spent in mounting a defense as opposed to his misplaced and inexplicable concern with our compensation."
They sort of have a point.
Although Paxton said in a September news release that he looks forward to his day in court, the approximately 8,000 motions he's filed since his indictments suggest otherwise: instead of hastening the opportunity to proudly declare his innocence before a judge and jury, he's paying his lawyers to file motions like this most recent one, which will then require the allegedly overpaid prosecutors to rack up more taxpayer-footed fees to respond.
According to the American-Statesman:
"It was unclear how much work prosecutors have put into the Paxton case. During an August pretrial hearing, Schaffer told Gallagher that many hours had already been spent on the case, including compiling more than 20,000 pages of documents. Since then, there have been numerous court filings from prosecutors and a daylong pretrial hearing on 10 ultimately unsuccessful attempts to have the charges dismissed."
Some might say the filing smacks of desperation and pettiness, that a criminal defendant is not in the position to be crowing about "the public trust." Although the Texas State Securities Board let Paxton off with a slap on the wrist, the criminal charges are serious, and if Paxton can show that the charges are bogus, he needs to do so, either in a motion that actually addresses the allegations against him, or on that day in court he allegedly desires.
EDITOR’S NOTE: My problem here is that the Republicans nominated Paxton for Attorney General, despite knowing about the securities fraud accusations, because he was more far-out right than his better qualified opponents. Once nominated, this jerk was a cinch to win the general election.

PROFESSOR DISCOVERS WHAT REALLY HAPPENED IN THE GARDEN OF EDEN
A new book by Jewish scholar Ziony Zevit has caused outrage among Christians and Orthodox Jews because he suggests Eve was created from Adam's baculum, or penis bone
BarkGrowlBite | December 30, 2015
Holy shit! Eve was created from Adam’s prick. Holy shit! Ah, but it seems as though God left Adam with a boneless prick so he could bang Eve with it.
According to the Daily Mail:
The theory, put forward by revered biblical professor Ziony Zevit, suggests God made Eve from Adam's baculum, or penis bone.
To support his theory, Professor Zevit said the Hebrew word 'tsela', taken from the Old Testament, does not translate as 'rib' and instead 'refers to limbs sticking out sideways from an upright human body.'
The word 'tzela' or 'tsela' appears a number of times and in different contexts in the Old Testament, and Professor Zevit said this is what led translators astray.
He claims that the word was used for any part of anatomy protruding from the body, including feet, arms and penis.
Professor Zevit said this explains why man has no baculum, unlike most mammals, and why men don't have an uneven number of ribs compared to women.
Elsewhere, he added that Genesis 2:21, in which God closes the flesh beneath the 'tsela', refers to the flesh that exists on the underside of the penis.
Defending his theory, he wrote that his understanding of how Eve was formed is based on analysis of the use of Hebrew in the Garden story.
Professor Zevit has not only pissed off Christians, but he has infuriated Orthodox Jews as well.

ATTEMPT BY SAVANNAH GUTHRIE TO EMBARRASS TRUMP FAILS
The NBC Today show host’s quiz of Trump was a veiled attempt to embarrass the GOP frontrunner over his attack against Bill Clinton for the former president’s philandering
BarkGrowlBite | December 39, 2015
I like the NBC Today show and I like co-host Savannah Guthrie. But on a couple of occasions during the current political campaign she has exposed her partiality toward the Democrats by trying to embarrass some of the Republican candidates for the presidency when she interviewed them. Another such incident occurred Tuesday morning when she quizzed Donald Trump over his attack against Bill Clinton for the former president’s philandering and bringing up that he had been branded a racist..
When it was announced that Bill would start campaigning for his wife, Trump attacked the former president for screwing around with women as a rebuke to Hillary’s claim that she is a champion for women while accusing The Donald as being sexist.
In her quizzing, Savannah repeatedly tried to show that Trump was wrong in bringing up Bill’s sordid sexual escapades and tried to get him to admit he called the former president a racist. But Trump refused to fall for her traps and instead went on the attack.
Trump said that if Hillary is going to run on women’s issues and use Bill in her campaign, then the former president’s "abuse of women" is “fair game.” Trump said:
"There was certainly a lot of abuse of women. You look at whether it's Monica Lewinsky or Paula Jones or many of them. That certainly will be fair game. Certainly if they play the woman's card with respect to me, that will be fair game."
When Guthrie tried to show that Trump called Bill a racist, Trump said:
"He was called that by the Obama campaign, he was called that loud and clear, he was extremely insulted. They called him a racist. I don't believe he is a racist if you want to know the truth, but they called him a racist."
In telling Trump they were out of time, Savannah appeared clearly flustered over her inability to embarrass The Donald. If anyone got embarrassed it was Savannah Guthrie!

THAT’LL TEACH YOU TO THROW ROCKS AT ME
A Phoenix cop shoots man throwing rocks at police officers outside the cop shop
BarkGrowlBite | December 29, 2015
The peace and quiet outside a Phoenix precinct cop shop early Saturday morning was shattered by a man hurling rocks at the shop and the cops. A rock shattered a window in the cop shop. One officer was struck by a rock that bounced off of a tree. The cops didn’t take kindly to that. One officer up and shot the rock hurling dipshit to death.
The officer that was struck was slightly injured and treated at the scene.
There will no doubt be the outcry of why they had to shoot some poor deranged rock thrower. For the uninitiated, let it be known that rocks are dangerous weapons that can cause serious injury or even death.
Now let’s hope the police brass don’t throw the shooting cop under the bus.

TEXTING WHILE WALKING CAN BE JUST AS DEADLY AS TEXTING WHILE DRIVING, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU’RE WALKING ALONGSIDE A CLIFF
A 33-year-old man fell to his death off San Diego’s Sunset Cliffs when he made a misstep because he was texting while walking
BarkGrowlBite | December 29, 2015
On Christmas Day, a 33-year-old unidentified man was strolling atop San Diego’s Sunset Cliffs, a popular tourist attraction. He was there to view the sunset. He was looking down on his cellphone when – Oops! – he went over the edge and fell 60 feet onto some rocks. Needless to say, he croaked.
Witnesses heard him scream, “Help, please God save me.” By the time three good Samaritans riske their own lives by descending to his side it was too late. Perhaps God was busy texting and thus failed to hear the man’s plea.
Idiot texting while walking – and you see a multitude of these fools every day – have knocked down and injured other pedestrians or been knocked down and injured themselves. They’ve been struck by cars while crossing the street merrily texting along. Others have fallen off cliffs all across the country while messing around with their cellphones. A number have plunged into lakes and rivers.
If some of you cellphone texters are looking for God to save your dumb asses, remember that Your Savior may himself be busy texting at the precise moment when you really need him.

KOOKY PHILADELPHIA HEADSHRINKER STRANGLED TO DEAATH BY MALE PROSTITUTE
Dr. Howard Baker, a married psychiatrist, was strangled to death in a Philadelphia hotel room by Manuel Baez, a male prostitute with numerous probation violations for which he was not jailed
BarkGrowlBite | December 27, 2015
On Sunday evening, 75-year-old Dr, Howard Baker, a married psychiatrist who specialized in relationships, checked into a Rodeway Inn in downtown Philadelphia. The relationship expert must have been experiencing some relationship problems of his own because the kooky headshrinker hooked up with Manuel Baez, 27, a male prostitute. On Monday, a hotel maid found Dr. Baker toes up and naked with a belt wrapped around his dead neck.
Baez was arrested because he had been seen leaving the hotel with his victim’s backpack. Baez also stole Dr. Baker’s wallet. He was charged with criminal homicide and robbery.
The murder of a kooky headshrinker is not what interests me in this case. It’s how the probation department and the courts handled Baez that gets the hair on my back to stand up. Baez hs a rap sheet that consists of 70 charges since he became an adult, including charges for assault, drug possession, prowling and making terroristic threats. Despite all the charges, he has spent little time behind bars. And he was not jailed despite seven arrests and 10 convictions while he was on probation.
Here is how the Daily Mail described his probation treatment:
Court documents reveal the shaven-haired rent boy, who has a distinctive scar on his right cheek, has been arrested dozens of times and has a rap sheet stretching to seven pages.
He has faced more than 70 charges since becoming an adult, including assault, drug possession, prowling and making terroristic threats, but has only spent sporadic time behind bars.
In March of this year Baez was placed on probation for three years after admitting felony theft by unlawful taking at the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Pennsylvania State law dictates that every fresh arrest is a probation violation and just two weeks later Baez was arrested in Philadelphia on suspicion of robbery, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
The case collapsed when a witness failed to come to court but Baez was arrested a further time for disorderly conduct and then four more times on various drugs charges between June and August in nearby Lehigh County.
He was eventually taken into custody for 57 days before he appeared before a Lehigh County court on November 11 and admitted possessing a controlled substance and evidence tampering.
Judge Robert L. Steinberg dished out a jail sentence of up to 23 months but court documents reveal the habitual drug user was released immediately on parole because of time served.
He was awaiting yet another trial in the New Year for alleged disorderly conduct on Pennsylvania's SEPTA transport network although this is likely to be discontinued now.
That meant that at the time of Dr Baker's murder Baez remained at liberty despite having been arrested seven times, charged with 18 different offenses and convicted of 10 - all within nine months of being placed on probation.
Considering how Baez’ arrests and probation violations were handled, it would seem that some judges should be removed from the bench and some heads should roll at the probation department.
Now if I were a criminal, I would want to be one in Philadelphia. Even if caught, it looks like you can get away with everything but murder in the City of Brotherly Love.

ACTIVISTS DEMAND THE GOVERNMENT DEMOLISH THE MONUMENTS OF SLAVE OWNERS GEORGE WASHINGTON AND THOMAS JEFFERSON
The Washington and Jefferson Monuments and currency honoring slave owning presidents are a painful reminder of slavery, lynchings, Jim Crowism, white supremacy and discrimination
By Pamela Putz
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- AWARE (Alliance of White Anti-Racists Everywhere), a racial justice organization founded in Los Angeles, demonstrated in front of the White House Wednesday demanding the demolition of the Washington and Jefferson Monuments and the removal of slave owning presidents from our currency. About 50 people, mostly college-aged and a few recycled hippies, participated in the demonstration. At the main gate to the White House, the demonstrators gave the uniformed Secret Service officers a letter of demands addressed to President Obama.
The letter read:
To President Barack Obama
AWARE is an organization of concerned citizens dedicated to erasing racism in these United States. We have supported the removal of Confederate monuments in New Orleans and at the University of Texas because they are a painful reminder of slavery, lynchings, Jim Crowism, white supremacy and discrimination. But that is not enough. Monuments and currency honoring slave owning presidents are likewise a painful reminder of slavery and racism. Therefore we demand the following:
Demolition of the Washington Monument and removal of Washington from the $1 bill and Quarter! George Washington owned up to 350 black slaves.
Demolition of the Jefferson Monument and removal of Jefferson from the $2 bill and Nickel! Thomas Jefferson owned 200 slaves, one of which, Sally Hemings, he raped and impregnated six times.
Removal of Andrew Jackson from the $20 bill! Jackson owned 200 slaves.
Removal of James Madison from the $5,000 bill! Madison owned more than 100 slaves.
Washington, Jefferson, Jackson and Madison represent the worst inhumanity to humanity and do not deserve to be honored with monuments in the nation’s capital and with their faces on our currency. Every time an African-American handles a $1 bill he can't help but be reminded that he is a victim of our shameful past and of the racism and discrimination that is still rampant throughout the United States.
We suggest that you elevate Abraham Lincoln from the Penny! And we believe that Rosa Parks, the Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr., the Reverend Jessee Jackson and the Reverend Al Sharpton would be appropriate substitutes for Washington, Jefferson, Jackson and Madison on our currency.
Mr. President, if you do not take steps to meet our demands, we will, together with Black Lives Matter, organize massive demonstrations all over the country targeting businesses and government facilities.

Contacted in Hawaii where the President and his family are taking their holiday vacation, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest told reporters that the President had been briefed on the AWARE demands. “President Obama supports organizations like AWARE and Black Lives Matter,” said Ernest, “and will consider the demands spelled out in the letter upon his return to Washington.”
Hillary Clinton said she was very sympathetic to the demands by AWARE. “African-Americans should not have to be confronted in their daily lives by painful reminders of slavery and white supremacy,” said the Democratic contender for the presidency.
Donald Trump was infuriated and said, “AWARE and Black Lives Matter are worse than illegal immigrant rapists from Mexico. They should be stripped of their citizenship and deported to some African dictatorship like Uganda, every one of them! Then those white college-types can experience black supremacy and discrimination firsthand. And those Black Lives Matter jerks won’t have to worry about white cops shooting black men in Uganda. It’ll be black cops shooting black men. Yeah, ship every one of those idiots to Africa!”
Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio set aside their mutual animosity and issued a joint statement in which they condemned AWARE and Black Lives Matter. They also called Obama and Hillary Clinton a couple of stupid fools for not denouncing the AWARE demands.
Chris Christie said, “The idiots that are attracted to and follow groups like AWARE and Black Lives Matter are leading our once great country into oblivion. And that includes Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. When I was a United States Attorney, I drove the Mafia out of New Jersey, and if I’m elected President, I’ll know how to deal with that AWARE and Black Lives Matter rabble!”
New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez, head of the Republican Governors Association, was asked what she thought of the AWARE demands. Still suffering a hangover from a drunken Christmas party she threw for her staff, Gov. Martinez said: “Come on, give me a break. Aware, beware or whatever, we don’t need this. Sumbitch, this country is going to hell in a handbasket! Pam, you wouldn’t by any chance have some aspirin on you?”

Yours for a racist free America

LETTER TO ABBY ABOUT CHEATING HUSBAND
Dear Abby,
My husband hasn't worked for the last 14 years. All he does is get dressed in the morning and hop in his fancy car to visit his cronies. I know he`s cheated on me many times with young girls who could be his granddaughters. I know because he brags about this to me. He smokes fancy cigars and drinks the most expensive Champagne day and night. We sleep in separate beds because he`s always telling me he knows I`m a lesbian and my varicose veins and fat butt turn him off.
Should I bash his brains out with a baseball bat, or should I just leave him? Your advice would be appreciated.
....Mad as Hell
Dear Mad as Hell, You don`t have to take that kind of treatment from any man. I suggest you pack your bags and move out a.s.a.p.! Don`t resort to bashing his brains out with a baseball bat, and try to act like a lady! Remember ....... you`re running for President of the United States, so don't go acting like Donald Trump!

LET’S ELECT HILLARY NOW
We want a president we can loathe all of the time—not support some of the time
By Bret Stephens | The Wall Street Journal | December 21, 2015
Dear fellow conservatives:
Let us now pledge to elect Hillary Clinton as the 45th president of the United States.
Let’s skip the petty dramas of primaries and caucuses, the debate histrionics, the sour spectacle of the convention in Cleveland. Let’s fast-forward past that sinking October feeling when we belatedly realize we’re going to lose—and lose badly.
Let’s move straight to that first Tuesday in November, when we grimly pull the lever for the candidate who has passed all the Conservative Purity Tests (CPTs), meaning we’ve upheld the honor of our politically hopeless cause. Let’s stop pretending we want to be governed by someone we agree with much of the time, when we can have the easy and total satisfaction of a president we can loathe and revile all the time.
Let’s do this because it’s what we want. Maybe secretly, maybe unconsciously, but desperately. We want four—and probably eight—more years of cable-news neuralgia. We want to drive ourselves to work as Mark Levin or Laura Ingraham scratch our ideological itches until they bleed a little. We want the refiner’s fire that is our righteous indignation at a country we claim no longer to recognize—ruled by impostors and overrun by foreigners.
We also want to turn the Republican Party into a gated community. So much nicer that way. If the lesson of Mitt Romney’s predictable loss in 2012 was that it’s bad politics to tell America’s fastest-growing ethnic group that some of their relatives should self-deport, or to castigate 47% of the country as a bunch of moochers—well, so what? Abraham Lincoln once said “If you would win a man to your cause, first convince him that you are his sincere friend.” What. Ever. Now the party of Lincoln has as its front-runner an insult machine whose political business is to tell Mexicans, Muslims, physically impaired journalists, astute Jewish negotiators and others who cross his sullen gaze that he has no use for them or their political correctness.
And while we’re building a wall around our party, let’s also take the opportunity to throw out a few impostors in our midst. Like that hack, George Will. Or John Boehner, Eric Cantor, Mitch McConnell, Jeb Bush and every other Republican In Name Only. Or Marco Rubio, who didn’t chicken out on immigration reform quite as quickly or convincingly as Ted Cruz did. Or the Republican “Establishment” and “elite”—like the editorial board of this newspaper—who want to flood the country with cheap foreign labor so they can enrich their Wall Street pals.
All of them must be humbled, re-educated or thrown out, like old-time cadres with suspected bourgeois tendencies. How else will real Americans get a hearing and find their voice? What’s a lost election cycle or two when the soul of movement conservatism is at stake?
As for what the soul of that movement is supposed to be, we can figure that out later. Donald Trump is a candidate of impulses, not ideas. (If you can hire people to write your books you can also hire them to do your thinking.) This doesn’t seem to have perturbed his supporters in the slightest. Mr. Cruz is happy to be on any side of an issue so long as he can paint himself as a “real Republican”—the implicit goal here being the automatic excommunication of anyone who disagrees with him. Naturally, he’s rising.
What we won’t accept, however, is a standard-bearer whose convictions or personality might conceivably appeal to those wavering voters who usually decide elections in this country. Of all the reasons to dislike Mr. Rubio, surely the greatest is that he’s the only Republican who consistently outpolls Mrs. Clinton in general election matchups.
Didn’t we already mention that our subliminal goal is to lose this election?
Of course we’ll tell ourselves that the polls don’t matter, that a congenital liar like Mrs. Clinton can’t possibly win, that all we have to do is turn out the hidden Republican base that supposedly didn’t show up to the polls for Mitt Romney. We’ll convince ourselves, too, that those voting blocs we’ve spent the past decade alienating—not just Hispanics, or Asian-Americans or gays and lesbians, but also moderates turned off by loudmouth vulgarians, oleaginous debate champs or ostentatiously pious Christians—don’t matter either.
Deep down, though, we know the political math doesn’t add up for us. We just don’t care. Because we’ve turned even the appearance of moderation, or the amenability to compromise, into a four-letter word. Oh, did we mention House Speaker Paul Ryan is another sell-out?
Years ago, the late columnist Michael Kelly wrote of American liberalism that it was “an ideology of self-styled saints, a philosophy of determined perversity. Its animating impulse is to marginalize itself and then enjoy its own company. And to make itself as unattractive to as many people as possible: If it were a person, it would pierce its tongue.”
On current trend, this will soon better describe American conservatism, which is going the way of the Democratic Party circa 1972. So let’s skip the non-suspense of next year’s campaign cycle, gird ourselves for a McGovern-style debacle, and elect Hillary Rodham Clinton now.
Merry Christmas!

HOW CAN YOU TRAIN THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND OF A POLICE OFFICER?
Experts claim much racial profiling results from a subconscious bias held by cops against minorities
BarkGrowlBite | December 21, 2015
Over a three year period, the Los Angeles Police Department investigated 1,356 bias complaints against its officers. The result: Not one of them was found to be valid. Cops 1,356 – Citizens 0.
I cannot possibly imagine how none of the 1,356 complaints were sustained and neither can Matt Johnson, president of the Los Angeles Police Commission, LAPD's civilian oversight board.
Johnson told the Los Angeles Times, “I don't think anybody believes that there are actually no incidents of biased policing. Anti-bias training is critical because a lot of this stuff is happening in our subconscious, and we need to be talking about it and dealing with it."
Anti-bias training is well and good, but how can you train the subconscious mind of a police officer.
In an address to the Congressional Black Caucus, President Obama said that "Too many young men of color feel targeted by law enforcement — guilty of walking while black or driving while black, judged by stereotypes that fuel fear and resentment and hopelessness..”
Obama must have been talking about tactics such as stop-and-frisk. While that particular tactic has reduced the number of black-on-black shootings, it has also caused some collateral damage by inconveniencing and offending some law-abiding black citizens that were stopped and frisked. Then there is the politically incorrect racial profiling cops do when they pull over someone, black or white, who looks out of place in a particular location. It’s a good, longtime police practice, but it carries with it the same collateral damage that stop-and-frisk does.
And Bob Walsh previously said: “If I were to see a young white man walking down the street on one side and a young black man walking down the street on the other side, and you were to ask me which one is more likely to be an ex-con, my answer would be the black man. Blacks represent about 12% of California’s population, but about 30% of the prison population. The ability to do math does not make me a racist.”
Does that mean Bob Walsh has a subconscious bias against minorities? Or me? Or all those L.A. cops?

WHO IS YOUR BABY’S FATHER?
In the 'Father's Details' section of the child support application form, the following responses were what some Detroit women wrote:
1. Regarding the identity of the father of my twins, Makeeshia was fathered by Maclearndon McKinley I am unsure as to the identity of the father of Marlinda, but I believe that she was conceived on the same night.
2. I am unsure, as to the identity of the father of my child as I was being sick out of a window when taken unexpectedly from behind. I can provide you with a list of names of men that I think were at the party if this helps.
3. I do not know the name of the father of my little girl. She was conceived at a party at 3600 East Grand Boulevard where I had sex with a man I met that night. I do remember that the sex was so good that I fainted. If you do manage to track down the father, can you please send me his phone number? Thanks.
4. I don't know the identity of the father of my daughter. He drives a BMW that now has a hole made by my stiletto in one of the door panels. Perhaps you can contact BMW service stations in this area and see if he's had it replaced.
5. I have never had sex with a man. I am still a Virginian. I am awaiting a letter from the Pope confirming that my son's conception was ejaculate and that he is the Saver risen again.
6. I cannot tell you the name of Alleshia's dad as he informs me that to do so would blow his cover and that would have cataclysmic implications for the economy I am torn between doing right by you and right by the country. Please advise.
7. I do not know who the father of my child was as they all look the same to me.
8. Tyrone Hairston is the father of child A. If you do catch up with him, can you axe him what he did with my AC/DC CDs? Child B who was also borned at the same time... well, I don't have clue..
9. From the dates it seems that my daughter was conceived at Disney World. Maybe it really is the Magic Kingdom.
10. So much about that night is a blur. The only thing that I remember for sure is Delia Smith did a program about eggs earlier in the evening. If I had stayed in and watched more TV rather than going to the party at 8956 Miller Ave, mine might have remained unfertilized.
11. I am unsure as to the identity of the father of my baby, after all, like when you eat a can of beans you can't be sure which one made you fart.

HILLARY FLAT OUT LIED DURING THE DEBATE
The presumptive heir to the Obama presidency said ISIS was showing videos of Trump insulting Islam when no such videos exist
BarkGrowlBite | December 21, 2015
Throughout her career, Hillary Clinton has told a bunch of lies. She was at it again during Saturday's Democratic debate.
Donald Trumps name came up a number of times as he was excoriated for his remarks about Mexican illegal immigrants and banning Muslims from entering the U.S.
At one point in the debate, Hillary was trying to show that Trump's ban on Muslims was helping ISIS to recruit new followers. Clinton said:
"He [Trump] is becoming ISIS's best recruiter. They [ISIS] are going to people showing videos of Donald Trump insulting Islam and Muslims in order to recruit more radical jihadists."
There is just one tiny little problem with her statement. No such videos exist.
So it is clear that Hillary flat out lied.
Clinton also lied about gun violence during the November 14 Democratic debate.
There is a good chance that Obama, the Liar in Chief, will be succeeded by Hillary, the Liar in Chief.

BITTEN IN THE ASS BY PUBLIC STUPIDITY
By Bob Walsh
Regular readers will remember that I wrote a few days ago [YOUR GOD IS SATAN BY GOD! | 12-11-15] about Denise Slader, an employee of the California Dept. of Corrections (and rehabilitation). She went off on a couple of Muslim men praying in a public park in Castro Valley. She was stupid enough to be recorded by one of her victims and also observed by a park ranger while she threw coffee on one of the men and struck that man with her umbrella.
Ms. Slader has been charged by the Alameda County D. A. with a hate crime. She has been suspended (ATO, with pay) by the department pending further investigation.
Her name was originally reported as Sanders, not Slader. That error was made by the newspaper article I used for my source and was picked up by me. Sorry about that.
The original incident happened on December 6. She is scheduled for arraignment on January 7.

MANY VIRGINS IN PARADISE
A Shiite suicide bomber blew himself up at a school, killing 53 Sunni boys. He went to Paradise, as foretold. When he arrived there he said to Allah that he was ready to claim his 72 virgins, as promised. Out of curiosity he asked Allah why there were so many virgins in Paradise.
Allah regarded him for a moment, then replied, "Actually, the virgins are here in paradise because fools like you killed them before they could experience the pleasure of sex. So you're here to service them. Since they're virgins, they're quite sexually ravenous and, frankly, you'll be on constant, exhausting duty. I shall banish you from Paradise should you fail!"
The bomber responded, "Well, I guess I can live with that. How hard can it be to keep 72 women satisfied for all eternity?"
Allah replied, "Who told you they were women?”

NEW ORLEANS UNWRITES HISTORY
The Crescent City unwrites history by removing Confederate monuments

By a vote of 6-1, the New Orleans city council voted Thursday to remove four Confederate monuments, including statues of Gen. Robert E. Lee, Confederate President Jefferson Davis and local hero Gen. Pierre Gustave Toutant Beauregard.
Thus the city council voted to unwrite history and break any ties the Crescent city ever had to the Confederacy. They caved into the demands of a small rabble of black activists and far-left whites.
I’ll venture to say that most of the blacks in New Orleans don’t have the foggiest notion of who Robert E. Lee, Jefferson Davis and Pierre Gustave Toutant Beauregard were. To them the statue of Lee is just some guy on a horse that the pigeons shit on.
I seriously doubt that the average African-American is reminded of slavery or offended at the sight of a statue of Robert E. Lee.
Those who unwrite or rewrite our shameful history have no shame!

AND THE CONTEST IS STILL RUNNING
By Bob Walsh
The crime-ridden, gang-infested and bankrupt shit hole of San Bernardino is engaged in an informal but interesting contest with the crime-ridden, gang-infested and recently bankrupt city of Stockton. The metric is the number of homicides in the city. Since Stockton is significantly larger in population than San Berdoo one would think that Stockton would have a leg up, but recent events game San Berdoo a major bump in the count. Nevertheless Stockton is still trying hard.
Juwan Small was one day short of his 18th birthday and one class shy of graduation from Cesar Chavez High School on Tuesday when he died in the street on East Swain Rd in north Stockton. He is #45 for the year on the tally board for Stockton. He was shot to death hours before a vigil to end gun violence began in Stockton. It doesn’t seem to be working, the same day there were two other people shot. They are in critical condition but likely to survive.
Violence is caused by violent people. Arresting them and throwing their happy asses in the slammer will make a serious dent in violence. It isn’t that hard to figure out.

THINGS ARE SPICING UP FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT
When spice users get high, they are taking a cannabinoid-like drug that has been reported to be anywhere from 100 to 800 times more potent than THC
By Keith Graves
The California Narcotic Officer
Fall 2015
Spice is a slang term that defines a group of drugs called synthetic cannabinoids. Essentially, spice is a group of synthetic compounds chemically similar to THC, the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana. These chemicals are sprayed onto a mixture of herbs and spices, like Damiana leaves, and then smoked much like marijuana is smoked.
So where do these chemicals come from and how is spice made? Suppliers of the drug will order synthetic cannabinoid compounds from labs oversees, such as China. When their package arrives, it comes to them in a powder form. They will also need acetone, which most suppliers will get from a retailer such as Home Depot. Suppliers could also use ethyl alcohol or rubbing alcohol if they can’t find acetone. Using a specific recipe, the supplier will mix the acetone with the newly acquired chemical and spray it with damiana (or similar) leaves. The supplier will package the spice in whatever packaging they desire. It will usually be a press lock foil bag, which will be sold in liquor stores and gas stations. When the drug is put together by the supplier, it is not done in a laboratory setting. Rather, it is put together anywhere including on a garage floor on a tarp or in a storage locker.
There are literally hundreds of different compounds. Many of these chemicals have names like JWH-018, HU-210 or AM-2201. These names will tell you where these chemicals originated. As an example, compounds starting with JWH were developed by John W. Huffman from Clemson University and subsequently named after him. AM signifies that the compound was named for Northeastern University professor Alexandros Makriyannis. HU compounds were developed at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Under the Influence
When a spice user gets high on their product, they are taking a cannabinoid like drug that has been reported to be anywhere from 100 to 800 times more potent than THC. John W. Huffman, who developed the first known spice compounds, told Live Science (livescience.com) that it is 10 times more active than THC. Users will experience a rapid heart rate, muscle stiffness, muscle spasms and high blood pressure. Some users may experience nausea and vomiting. It would be a misnomer to compare spice to marijuana, however. Users can also experience hallucinations, image distortion, severe mood disorders and amnesia. These types of symptoms are seen more often with drugs like Dissociative Anesthetics (PCP, Ketamine, DXM), not Cannabis. The reason we see these extremes with spice is because of the potency of the compounds and the amount of spice a user will ingest.
John W. Huffman once said in an interview that anyone that uses synthetic cannabinoids is a “potential Darwin Award Winner” (a witty way of saying that someone removes themselves from the human race). The drug has been shown in studies to be addictive, with users suffering withdrawal symptoms if they stop regular use of the drug. Withdrawal symptoms can include suicidal ideation, psychotic episodes, inability to care about consequences, inability to sleep and depression.
Who are the Users?
Spice is very popular among our youth, especially among boys. The 2014 Monitoring the Future Survey showed that 1 in 20 high school students had used a synthetic cannabinoid. Overall, spice was the third most abused drug by our youth. The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) has said some of the contributing factors for the increased use by our youth could include the belief that it is all natural and the perception that it is a “legal high” (even though it is a Schedule I drug under the Controlled Substances Act). Spice is also marketed to kids in brightly colored foil bags that have characters and logos that are attractive to our youth.
There is also a new segment of society that is using spice to avoid drug testing. Those that are mandated to take a drug test, such as truck drivers and those in safety sensitive jobs, as well as those that are subjected to court mandated drug testing, are switching to Spice. Their desire to be high has led them to this drug which is rarely tested by those mandating the drug test. Officer Nick Albert, an experienced Narcotics Detective in the San Francisco Bay Area, said, “We are now finding parolees and probationers doing spice in order to avoid testing positive on their drug tests.”
The Outlook for Law Enforcement
Officers will continue to encounter persons under the influence of synthetic cannabinoids. As these drugs become more popular, it is imperative that officers arm themselves with knowledge of the signs and symptoms of influence. They can do this formally by taking courses such as the California Narcotic Officers Association’s Drug Abuse Recognition Course or informally by gaining experience by contacting regular users of the drug and debriefing them.
If an officer encounters a person under the influence, understand they are not perceiving the world as you and I are and you should use good officer safety principles (such as contact/cover and speaking in a calming voice). A good idea is to reduce the stimuli around them. This will ensure that loud sounds, bright lights, or nearby agitators don’t set them off. Reassuring them that they will be alright may help as well. If you contact a user that is driving, a Drug Recognition Expert should handle the drug evaluation. If no DRE is available, use the training that you have to complete the investigation and take a blood sample. You should request the lab test for synthetic cannabinoids.
During an interview with CBS on May 8, 2015, Dr. Steven Marcus, executive director of the New Jersey Poison Information and Education System at the New Jersey Medical School said, “This is the worst outbreak of drug abuse that I’ve lived through.” Continuing, Dr. Marcus said, “It’s almost as if someone had made a witches’ brew of these cannabinoids. This is not just powerful marijuana. This is really dangerous stuff that has effects that can be life-threatening.”

12-TEAR-OLD CAREER CRIMINAL
An 89-year-old Florida man had his car stolen by a 12-year-old criminal with more than 20 prior arrests
BarkGrowlBite | December 16, 2015
Raymond Raftery, 89, was driving his Toyota Friday in St. Petersburg, Florida when he was hailed down by a boy riding a bicycle. The boy told him he had a low tire. Raftery pulled over to an air pump at a service station. The boy ditched his bicycle and promptly drove off with the elderly man’s car.
The boy, who turned out to be 12 years old, was caught by the cops Monday after a detective recognized him from a surveillance video. And how did he recognize the little fart? It was because this young career criminal had been arrested more than 20 times, including arrests for auto theft, possession of pot, battery, and robbery.
Now he is charged with grand theft motor vehicle … again.
It’s time they threw away the key on this worthless little piece of shit before he becomes a killer!

APPLE DOES IT AGAIN!
Apple computer announced today that it has developed a computer chip that can store and play commercial-free Hi Fi music from inside women’s breast implants.
The iTit will cost between $499 and $699.00 per breast depending on speaker size. Implanting iTit in both breasts will provide listeners with a stereo effect.
Apple spent nearly $2.7 million developing the iTit system. Tim Cook, Apple’s CEO, said we always strive to meet the needs and desires of Apple’s loyal customers.
Cook says he considers iTit to be a major breakthrough because women have always complained about men staring at their tits and not listening to them.

WHAT’S YOUR GRANDPA LIKE?
My small grandson got lost at the shopping mall.
He approached a uniformed security guard and said, “I’ve lost my grandpa!”
The security guard asked, “What’s his name?”
“Grandpa.”
The guard smiled, then asked, “What’s he like?”
The little tyke hesitated for a moment and then replied: Crown Royal whiskey and women with big tits.”

DR. OLEFART’S CLINIC
An old fart became very bored in retirement and decided to open a medical clinic. He put a sign up outside that said: "Dr. Olefart’s clinic. Get your treatment for $500, if not cured, get back $1,000."
A young doctor, who was positive that this old fart didn't know beans about medicine, thought this would be a great opportunity to get $1,000. So he went to Dr. Olefart's clinic.
Young doctor: "Dr. Olefart, I have lost all taste in my mouth. Can you please help me ??"
Dr. Olefart: "Nurse, please bring medicine from box 22 and put 3 drops in the doctor's mouth."
Young doctor: Aaagh !! -- "This is Gasoline!"
Dr. Olefart: "Congratulations! You've got your taste back. That will be $500."
The young doctor gets pissed off and goes back after a couple of days figuring to recover his money.
Young doctor: "I have lost my memory, I cannot remember anything.”
Dr. Olefart: "Nurse, please bring medicine from box 22 and put 3 drops in the patient's mouth."
Young doctor: "Oh, no you don't, -- that is Gasoline!"
Dr. Olefartr: "Congratulations! You've got your memory back. That will be $500."
The young doctor (after having lost $1000) leaves angrily and comes back after several more days.
Young doctor: "My eyesight has become weak --- I can hardly see anything!!!!”
Dr. Olefart: "Well, I don't have any medicine for that so, "Here's your $1000 back." (giving him a $10 bill)
Young doctor: "But this is only $10!”
Dr. Olefart: "Congratulations! You got your vision back! That will be $500.”

STUDENTS AT TEXAS JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL SHIELDED FROM ANY SIGNS OF VIOLENCE
7th grader Colton Southern was banned from wearing his Star Wars t-shirt at Rosenberg’s George Junior High School
BarkGrowlBite | December 14, 2015
Colton Southern, a 7th grader at George Junior High School in Rosenberg, Texas, has a t-shirt with the Star Wars: The Force Awakens logo on it. He’s worn the shirt to school on several occasions but on Thursday school administrators ordered Colton to cover up the shirt because it had a Star Wars weapon depicted on it.
Colton’s father was incensed, calling the order “political correctness run amok.”
School officials, however, pointed to the school hand book in which it is a dress code violation to wear “symbols oriented toward violence.”
According to school administrators, Colton was treated rather well because they could have given the little terrorist an in-school suspension or sent him off to an alternative school.
I am sure that the George Junior High School students will feel and be safer now that they won’t be exposed to the horrible sight of that Star Wars weapon.
Thus the public school system continues to plunge further down into the abyss of political correctness.

LIAR OF THE YEAR FINALIST
What Brandon Weathers told a jury will surly earn him this prestigious award
BarkGrowlBite | December 14, 2015
Brandon Weathers, 39, of Omaha, Nebraska is not too swift. First of all, he defended himself during his trial for raping his then 13-year-old foster daughter. Not swift at all. Then on Tuesday he told a jury what really happened.
Weathers told the jury that he never had sex with the girl, now 15. He said that the girl dreamed of becoming pregnant and that he merely fulfilled her fantasy by impregnating her with a syringe. That’s right, he said he impregnated her with a syringe.
The girl, however, testified that she was a virgin before her foster father started diddling her and that they had oral and vaginal sex “more times than she could count.” According to her, the sexual assaults occurred during a six months period and took place at Brandon’s home, his workplace and in his car.
Oh, by the way, good ole Brandon happens to be a three time felon who served two prison terms for burglary. He was released from his last prison term in 2001. Weathers and his then wife became foster parents in 2013.
Nebraska state regulations allow felons to become foster parents if more than five years pass from a conviction in certain crimes such as burglary and theft.
He impregnated her with a syringe? If that doesn’t get Brandon the Liar of the Year Award, then there’s no justice in the world.

AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLER FACES DRUG, WEAPON CHARGES
“That’s meth, I smoke it to stay awake, I’m an air traffic controller.”
By John Valenti | Newsday | December 10, 2015
Nassau's acting Police Commissioner Thomas Krumpter said on Thursday, Dec. 10, 2015, that "the Nassau police may have averted an air disaster" by arresting Breen Peck, 52, an air traffic controller assigned to a post in Westbury. He was found with two illegal handguns and crystal methampethamine when police stopped his vehicle at 10:10 p.m. Dec. 9 in Wantagh for illegal window tint and for failure to signal, authorities said. (Credit: Newsday / Jessica Rotkiewicz)
An air traffic controller assigned to a Westbury facility that guides flights in the New York metro area was arrested Wednesday night on drug possession and weapons charges during a traffic stop in Wantagh, Nassau County police said.
Breen Peck, 52, of Redkey, Indiana, was arrested after officers from the Criminal Intelligence Rapid Response Team found him with two illegal handguns and crystal methampethamine when they stopped his 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser on Byron Street, near Willow Street, at 10:10 p.m. for illegal window tint and for failure to signal, police said.
During the stop, Peck, who also has a Wantagh address, informed officers there was “a loaded handgun behind his driver’s seat” and another in a rear cargo area, police said.
Officers also recovered the crystal methamphetamine from a pants pocket, police said.
“That’s meth, I smoke it to stay awake, I’m an air traffic controller,” Peck told police, according to court documents.
Acting Nassau police chief Thomas Krumpter said yesterday the guns police recovered were a Bersa Thunder .380-caliber handgun with eight rounds in the magazine and a Beretta .40-caliber semi-automatic handgun with 10 rounds in the magazine and an additional five rounds in another magazine.
Nassau police “may have averted an air disaster in the skies above Nassau County” by arresting Peck, said Krumpter, who added Peck had been employed by the FAA since 1991.
Peck was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a controlled substance and with “numerous” vehicle and traffic law violations, police said.
At his arraignment yesterday in First District Court in Hempstead before Judge Frank A. Doddato, Peck was ordered held on $12,500 cash bail or $25,000 bond.
Peck, who was represented by Legal Aid, is due back in court on Monday.
The Federal Aviation Administration website identifies Breen Peck as an air traffic control specialist working at TRACON in Westbury. That center controls flights into and out of Kennedy, LaGuardia, Long Island MacArthur, and Republic airports, among others.
It was not clear if he had worked on the day of his arrest or was scheduled to work.
FAA spokeswoman Arlene Salac said he was currently “in training,” but would not explain what that meant. She also would not say whether the agency employed more than one controller named Breen Peck.
The FAA refused to say whether he was the same Breen Peck who reportedly once misdirected a flight carrying First Lady Michelle Obama into the “potentially dangerous turbulence” of a military transport plane.
But The Washington Post yesterday reported that Peck was the same man responsible for the April 2011 incident, as well as an earlier mistake that “nearly caused a collision” a year earlier involving a United Airlines flight carrying Rep. F. James Sensenbrenner Jr. (R-Wis.).

But The Washington Post yesterday reported that Peck was the same man responsible for the April 2011 incident, as well as an earlier mistake that “nearly caused a collision” a year earlier involving a United Airlines flight carrying Rep. F. James Sensenbrenner Jr. (R-Wis.).
YOUR TAX DOLLARS DOWN THE TOILET
The Navy has spent $864 million on mine detecting drones that don’t work
Your tax dollars at work … or rather, not working. The Navy has spent $864 million on developing Lockheed Martin’s underwater mine detecting drones. There’s only one slight problem. The damn things don’t work.
THE NAVY’S $864 MILLION UNDERWATER DRONES STILL DON’T WORK
Pentagon test data show 24 major failures since September 2014 with crippled Lockheed drones towed to port seven times this year
By Anthony Capaccio | Bloomberg Business | December 8, 2015
The U.S. Navy’s new Littoral Combat Ship would be ineffective at hunting for mines because an underwater drone made by Lockheed Martin Corp. that’s supposed to find them often fails to work, the Pentagon’s weapons-testing office found.
While mine-hunting is intended to be the primary combat mission of the ship, the drones required to detect underwater explosive devices from a safe distance have failed 24 times since September 2014, according to Navy test data provided to the Defense Department’s Office of Operational Test & Evaluation.
Most recently, the drones failed 14 times over 300 hours in a five-month round of preliminary trials at sea that ended Aug. 30, according to the data. Crippled drones were towed to port seven times, and the intense combat testing required for increased purchases has been delayed. The Navy plans to spend $864 million buying 54 drones from Lockheed, the biggest U.S. contractor.
Frank Kendall, the under secretary of defense for acquisition, has scheduled a Jan. 19 review of the drone’s reliability woes, the latest setback for the troubled Littoral Combat Ship program. Michael Gilmore, the Pentagon’s director of combat testing, prepared a 41-page classified assessment dated Nov. 12 for the review.
An independent team named by the Navy also is reviewing the drone program because the service realizes “reliability performance has not been acceptable,” Captain Thurraya Kent, a spokeswoman for the service, said in an e-mail.
Lockheed’s Response
Lockheed spokesman Joe Dougherty said in an e-mail that the drone “exceeded or met key performance parameters during a Navy-led development test conducted in early 2015.’’ He said the Remote Minehunting System is “the only system on track for delivery that can fill” an “imminent capability gap.”
Equipped with a mobile sonar made by Raytheon Co., the drone is supposed to provide the ship with a system that can spot underwater explosive devices without sailing near them, as current Avenger-class mine-hunting ships must do.
“We remain confident the RMS is the most mature system to identify and destroy mines,” Dougherty said. A Lockheed brochure posted online and dated 2014 says the drone “meets or exceeds all key performance parameters and is available today.”
Senator John McCain, chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, said in an e-mail Tuesday that the new report “only furthers my concerns about the testing and reliability performance of the Littoral Combat Ship’s troubled mine countermeasures capability. ”
The Arizona Republican said decisions over the next few months will set the course for U.S. maritime anti-mine capabilities for decades so“there should be no rush to failure.”
Previous Questions
The drone failures add to previous questions about how much value the U.S. will get from what’s now supposed to be a $23 billion program to build 32 Littoral Combat Ships in two versions made by Bethesda, Maryland-based Lockheed and Austal Ltd. based in Henderson, Australia. Both versions depend on the drones to detect mines from a safe distance.
In 2014 then-Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel truncated the original plan to buy 52 Littoral Combat Ships, built to operate in shallow coastal waters, citing reservations about the vessel’s effectiveness in combat and vulnerability to attack. Later, he approved a Navy proposal to buy 20 modified ships after 2019 with improved armor, sensors and weapons.
The Navy spent $109 million buying the first eight drones, spare parts and logistics services from Lockheed in 2005. The drone was supposed to complete combat testing and be declared ready for combat by September of this year. Lockheed stands to gain more than $700 million in orders for the remaining 46 drones. That includes as much as $400 million in February for the next order of 18 that Kendall will review.
Gilmore, the testing chief, found there’s “sufficient information available, based on testing to date, to conclude” the Littoral Combat Ship “would not be operationally effective” or maintainable if deployed in combat with the current mine-sweeping modules, Marine Corps Major Adrian Rankine-Galloway, Gilmore’s spokesman, said in an e-mail describing the study’s unclassified conclusions.
The system’s “reliability remains far below what is needed to support” the mine-hunting mission, Rankine-Galloway said. It’s unclear whether the drone “will ever achieve its reliability goals” of operating 75 hours between major failures, “but given the history of the program, it may require more design changes than the Navy has been considering,” Rankine-Galloway said.
The Navy’s program to date “has not substantially grown the reliability,” he said. The conclusion was based on data showing not only that critical mine-hunting systems were unreliable but also that the drone was vulnerable to mines and possessed limited communications capability.
Airborne System
Further, the Littoral Combat Ship’s separate, airborne-based AN/ASQ-235 mine neutralization system currently can’t disable “most of the mines contained in the Navy’s own real-world threat scenarios,” Rankine-Galloway said. The system, which would be deployed on MH-60S helicopters, is intended to destroy the mines found by the drones.
Kent, the Navy spokeswoman, said the mine-hunting system “has demonstrated the ability to meet operational requirements.” Still, “reliability performance has not been acceptable during the most recent” evaluation.
Since September 2014, the drone has experienced 24 “operational mission failures” blamed on poor workmanship, design deficiencies, wear and tear or training procedures, Kendall was told Nov. 3 in a memo from David C. Brown, his deputy for development testing.
“Considering the focused effort put into improving” the drone’s reliability since 2010, the latest poor performance “puts into question whether the current” design “will ever meet the Navy’s reliability requirement,” Brown wrote.

SUICIDE IS GOING TO THE DOGS
By Bob Walsh
If the local medical examiner is to be believed the death of Rebecca Hardy, 22, in Port Huron, MI, on December 3 was a suicide.
The young woman, who had a baby and was engaged to be married, was recently kicked out of her family home and had attempted suicide once before. Never the less her family is not buying into the suicide story and believe she was killed while taking a short-cut through a fenced yard.
The dog that killed here, a pit bull and husky mix, was put down the day of the attack as was one of the dog’s three puppies.

LET THEM EAT STEAK: WALLER COUNTY SHERIFF’S CAR ROBBED OF GUNS DURING STEAKHOUSE
Thanks to thieves, Sheriff Smith's mobile armory is now just a regular truck
By Leif Reigstad | Houston Press | December 9, 2015
While Waller County Sheriff Glenn Smith cleaned his plate inside Saltgrass Steakhouse for lunch on Saturday, thieves rolled up to the parking lot out back and ripped a total of ten guns from Smith's truck and a second vehicle belonging to Waller County Precinct 4 Commissioner Justin Beckendorf.
As Fox 26 first reported earlier this week, Beckendorf was robbed of two guns, and Smith's 2006 Ford F-250 lost a rather astounding eight firearms, including a machine gun (because what kind of Texas sheriff drives to the steakhouse without a pick-up full of guns?). Smith's "official" windbreaker jacket was also stolen. According to Fox 26, Smith and Beckenford were attending a county luncheon at the steakhouse.
Smith explained to Fox 26 that he was ridin' strapped in grandpa's Cadillac because Waller County is a pretty big area to cover and he has to be ready to go on SWAT calls at all times. You'd think Smith's apparent hyper-preparedness would've led him to put some sort of preventative measure in place to keep people from stealing guns from his car in broad daylight— like, maybe a loud car alarm or a better security system (to be clear, we haven't received the offense report yet from Waller County, so we don't know much at this point about the particulars of the robbery— if the car was left unlocked, if the lock was picked, or if the windows were shattered in a smash-and-grab).
Smith's had himself a pretty rough year. First, Sandra Bland was found dead in her cell at Waller County jail in July, putting Smith under intense national scrutiny. His jail got slammed by the Texas Commission on Jail Standards shortly after for substandard training in handling potentially suicidal inmates. As protesters converged on Waller County this summer, information resurfaced in national news outlets about Smith's suspension and eventual firing from his former post as chief of police in Hempstead in 2007 following allegations of police brutality and racism. In August, he was caught on video calling a local pastor peacefully protesting outside his jail a Satanist.
Now, he's been robbed blind of some pretty serious firepower. Poor guy.
At least we know what's on his Christmas list: more guns, probably. Let's hope Santa just gives him a football or something else that won't endanger the public when it falls into the wrong hands.
Update 11:30 a.m.:
According to the Waller County incident report obtained by the Houston Press this morning, the burglars broke the lock on the driver's side door of Smith's truck, and also broke the lock on Beckendorff's Dodge Ram. Among the eight guns stolen from Smith's vehicle was a Heckler and Koch UMP .45 submachine gun, which is described on its manufacturer's website as "a highly-effective, economical alternative for military and law enforcement applications," which doesn't sound like something you want to leave behind unattended in a parking lot.
The report also says Beckendorff "did not realize his vehicle had been burglarized until speaking with Sheriff Smith" the next morning.
EDITOR’S NOTE: From the police report, here is a list of the guns stolen from Sheriff Smith. Unless otherwise noted, the guns are county issued.
1. Heckler & Koch UMP 45
2. Springfield TRP 45
3. Heckler & Koch compact 45
4. Smith & Wesson 686 .357 Magnum
5. Sig Sauer Pm400 (personal)
6. Sig Sauer 1911 .45 cal. (personal)
7. Bond Arms derringer .45 cal. (personal)
8. Heckler & Koch P30SK 9mm (personal)
Those H&Ks and Sig Sauers are some mighty fine guns, but a derringer? Shades of the Old West.
As for leaving all those guns unattended while feasting on a steak – Stupid is as stupid does!

YOUR GOD IS SATAN BY GOD!
Conspicuous stupidity is a woman attacking a bunch of Muslim men praying in a park
By Bob Walsh
Denise Sanders is a non-peace officer employee of the California Dept. of Corrections (and Rehabilitation). Her conspicuous lack of PC (or maybe she’s just stupid) is likely to have a negative effect on her career based on an incident that went down Sunday afternoon in a public park in Castro Valley.
Ms. Sanders came across a group of Muslim men praying in the park and basically went ballistic on them. She yelled at them, among other things, “Your god is Satan” and “The Quran is Evil.”
One of the men, Rasheed Albeshari, recorded the incident on video. For his trouble Ms. Sanders attacked him, tried to knock his camera phone away and threw hot coffee on him. He posted the video on his Facebook page.
The park police arrived and had a word with Ms. Sanders, who didn’t back away from her position. In fact the officer observed what could reasonably be interpreted as assault and battery committed by Ms. Sanders on Mr. Albeshari.
The Park Police have referred the matter to the D. A. for further investigation as a hate crime. CDCr is also investigating the matter internally.

It is to the credit of Allah’s faithful that none of them kicked the supreme shit out of Denise.

HILLARY HAS GOT TO LOVE THE DONALD
Under her breath, Hillary must be saying go Trump go, go Trump go!
BarkGrowlBite | December 10, 2015
The Republicans have a big problem, a really big problem! They have lost the women’s vote because of their stance on abortions and contraceptives. They’ve lost the Hispanic vote because of their stance on immigration and they never had the black vote. That leaves the Republicans with mostly white men. And there aren’t enough white males to secure the presidency for the GOP.
If that wasn’t enough of a dilemma, along comes Donald Trump with his outrageous and bombastic statements on the campaign trail. His latest statement that he would not allow any Muslims to enter this country, including Muslim-Americans returning home from abroad, set off a shitstorm of criticism not only from Democrats, but from his fellow Republicans as well.
The buffoon – oops, I mean tycoon – backtracked somewhat by saying that the entry ban on Muslims would be temporary “Until we are able to determine and understand this problem and the dangerous threat it poses,” and that it would not apply to Muslim-Americans returning home from abroad, nor to government officials of Muslim countries.
The White House responded by saying Trump was not fit to be president. Tom Brokaw crwled out from under his rock to say, “Trump's statement, even in this season of extremes, is a dangerous proposal that overrides history, the law and the foundation of America itself.” Bokaw compared Trump’s proposal to what we did to the Japanese-Americans by sending them to concentration camps after the attack on Pearl Harbor. He even went so far as to all but compare Trump to Hitler by referring to the Nazi treatment of the Jews.
A number of my friends like what Trump is saying. They like the fact that the buffoon – oops again, I mean tycoon – is not politically correct. They believe he’s saying what needs to be said. But I suspect they really prefer someone else as the Republican nominee for President.
You never know what The Donald might say next. It wouldn’t surprise me if he calls for an overthrow of the Obama administration which he believes is clueless.
Even if Trump wins the primary vote, there is a chance that during the Republican National Convention, Marco Rubio or Ted Cruz will nonetheless be nominated for the presidency. If that were to happen, Trump would likely run as an Independent, thereby guaranteeing a victory for the Democratic nominee.
Hillary has been blasting Trump at every campaign stop and during every TV interview. But secretly, Hillary has got to love The Donald. I’ll bet that under her breath, she must be saying go Trump go, go Trump go!
If Trump is the Republican nominee or if he runs as an Independent, Hillary is a shoo-in. Hilary would eat The Donald’s lunch during any debate. If Rubio or Cruz were to be nominated, they would give Hillary the Beast a run for her money because they are fresh new faces and have not been part of the Washington scene for long. But without the women’s vote, Jesus Christ running as a Republican probably wouldn’t win.

GUN CONTROL THAT MIGHT ACTUALLY WORK
Forget the proposals for tougher gun controls put forth by President Obama every time there is a mass shooting; there is a better way to prevent the killings
BarkGrowlBite | December 9, 2015
I’m sure you’ve heard the oft repeated phrase, “Guns don’t kill people, people kill people.” Well, chew on this one for a while. Guns don’t kill people, bullets kill people. It’s a truth that what comes out of the barrel of a gun is what kills people, not the gun itself.
Every time there is a mass shooting President Obama weeps and wails about the need for tougher gun controls. In the wake of the San Bernardino shooting, Hillary Clinton has piped in with her two bits worth on the need for tougher gun controls. The New York Times ran a front page editorial Saturday saying that no citizen should be able to purchase or possess a military-style rifle. And true to form, in his Sunday evening address from the Oval Office, Obama joined The Times by calling for a ban on assault rifles.
None of the proposals by Obama, Hillary and the New York Times are going to prevent mass shootings or the daily shootings by gangbangers. No, not with an estimated 300 million guns already owned by Americans and with more being purchased each day.
But there is a gun control that might actually work. If Congress passed a law banning the manufacture, sale and possession of handgun and rifle ammunition that would really have an effect on gun deaths in this country. Eventually the supply of ammo now held by law abiding citizens and criminals would dry up. Not only would gun death then all but disappear, but there would be no more robberies by firearm and the gangbangers would be reduced to pistol whipping each other. There would also be far fewer young black men killed by white cops.
While The Times editorial said “It is a moral outrage and national disgrace that civilians can legally purchase weapons designed to kill people with brutal speed and efficiency,” the editors would have been more truthful had they said it is a moral outrage and national disgrace that civilians can legally purchase ammunition designed to kill people with brutal speed and efficiency.
With a ban on the manufacture of handgun and rifle ammunition, how would our military and law enforcement agencies get their small arms ammunition? That can be solved with Congress passing a law that allows the army to establish ammunition manufacturing facilities on one or more of its military bases. The only outsiders that would be able purchase any ammo from the army would be our law enforcement agencies and they should be able to make those purchases at cost.
Now you say, “Hey, hold your horses! What about us hunters?” Well fellas, you’ll just have to go back to basics. Bass Pro Shops, Gander Mountain and Cabela’s will be only too happy to sell you their compound-bow packages.
There are those of you who will say that the Mexican cartels will just love the ban on ammo. They’ll start manufacturing their own and smuggle it into the United States. That’s easier said than done. It will be much harder to conceal ammo than illegal drugs and it will be much easier to detect the illegal ammunition shipments.
Finally, what about the Second Amendment? It says: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." It doesn’t say a word about ammunition. The ammunition ban would keep the Second Amendment intact and people would still be free to purchase and own as many guns as they want.
Again, a law banning the manufacture, sale and possession of handgun and rifle ammunition is a gun control that might actually work. And with that ban, all you gun owners out there wouldn’t have to worry about the government confiscating your firearms.
But don’t worry guys, no one will have to pry your bullets from your cold dead hands. Congress would never ever pass any such law.

NAVY TWO-STAR FIRED FOR PUBLIC DRUNKENESS, NUDITY
Rear Admiral David Baucom loses his command after being found guilty of conduct unbecoming an officer and disorderly conduct for getting drunk and locking himself out of his hotel room … naked
By David Larter
Navy Times
December 8, 2015
One of the Navy's top supply officers has been fired and rebuked for drunkenness and nudity that was fueled by hard drinking at a trade conference in Florida becoming the Navy's most senior officer removed from their post this year.
Rear Adm. David Baucom was removed from his job as the director of Strategy, Policy, Capabilities, and Logistics at U.S. Transportation Command in October after an investigation into his misbehavior in April while attending the National Defense Transportation Association's Transportation Advisory Board in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
On the night of April 7, Baucom attended a dinner with about 70 conference attendees and imbibed all or part of at least eight drinks, according to an investigation released by the Navy after inquiries from Navy Times.
Baucom, 56, became so intoxicated that he was unable to stand and had to be brought by a hotel employee back to his room. Later, he was discovered wandering naked through public areas of the hotel, seeking a towel to cover himself, the investigation found.
Baucom, 56, blames his mistake of mixing alcohol and prescription medications for his lewd behavior and asked that his 34-year career not be judged on a single incident.
"After extensive medical testing and diagnoses, four doctors have stated in writing that I most probably experienced an atrial fibrillation event the evening of April 8th which caused lightheadedness, disorientation, dizziness and confusion," Baucom said in a statement provided to Navy Times. "These symptoms may last up to 24 hours. I am now being treated for those symptoms and other medical conditions.
"I have served the Navy for more than 34 years and am proud of our institution. I deeply regret my actions caused discredit to the Navy I love."
After reading the investigation, TRANSCOM decided to remove Baucom from his joint billet. Baucom was transferred to Fleet Forces Command in October. Adm. Phil Davidson, the FFC boss, found Baucom guilty of conduct unbecoming an officer and disorderly conduct at a Nov. 20 admiral's mast.
The service opted to allow Baucom the opportunity to appeal his nonjudicial punishment before disclosing his removal and reprimand, the Navy's top spokeswoman said.
According to the investigation, Baucom was attending a meeting of defense transportation senior officers and executives as part of a TRANSCOM delegation.
Baucom allegedly drank at least part of a gin and tonic, two glasses of wine with dinner and a scotch after dinner at the bar. Then a group of attendees went to another bar at the center compound where he allegedly ordered four more scotch whiskeys over two hours.
During this time, at least one of his fellow attendees offered to take him back to his room, but he made clear he was not going back.
At several points in the evening, security camera footage shows Baucom stumbling, at one point hitting his head on a bar stool. At 1:30 a.m., a hotel employee drove Baucom to his room about half a mile away.
While in his room, Baucom took his clothes off, showered and got ready for the next day. He also took prescription medications, which can cause drowsiness and dizziness when mixed with alcohol. Baucom told investigators that he awoke in the night from a deep sleep and thought he was entering a bathroom, but was in fact exiting his room.
At around 5:45 a.m., he was observed walking around without clothes on, apparently disoriented and seeking a towel to cover up with.
Once he realized he had left his room, he knew he had to find a towel and get to the front desk to be let back in his room, he told investigators.
"I'm looking for something to cover up with," Baucom told investigators. "So I'm looking for just something, if I can find a spare towel anywhere or something laying around so I can get to the lobby, get a key, and get back to my room."
Baucom was ultimately discovered by one of his colleagues and let back into his room. When he returned to Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, where TRANSCOM's headquarters is located, he checked himself into the drug and alcohol treatment program, he told investigators. He was determined not to have alcohol dependence but has given up hard alcohol.
The IG, however, concluded that his actions were not excused by his mixing medications and that his behavior was more a result of intoxication.
"We determined that RADM Baucom's level of intoxication and his public nudity are of such a nature that they dishonored or disgraced him personally and seriously compromised his standing as an officer," the report read.

TEXAS GOP SECESSIONIST LOONIES LOSE OUT
The resolution to put secession from the union on the Texas GOP primary ballot goes down in flames
BarkGrowlBite | December 7, 2015
Loony State Representative Tanya Robertson presented a resolution to the State Republican Executive Committee that would have allowed Texas Republicans to vote for or against secession from the Union during the March 1 primary election. The resolution states:
"If the federal government continues to disregard the constitution and the sovereignty of the State of Texas, the State of Texas should reassert its status as an independent nation."
Tanya claims that many of her constituents had voiced support for a reborn Republic of Texas.
Tanya and her fellow loonies managed Friday to get a subcommittee to approve the resolution. It went to a vote of the whole executive committee Saturday.
Tanya and her supporters on the committee argued passionately in favor of the resolution by invoking the spirit of 1776 U.S. Declaration of Independence and the 1836 Texas Declaration of Independence.
However, State Republican Executive Committee member Fred Henneke told the assembled members that "I'm not sending my grandson out with a 12-gauge shotgun to take on the 82nd Airborne.”
The Houston Chronicle reports that the resolution went down in flames Saturday by a 52-10 vote.
The Texas secession threat was brought up by then Gov. Rick Perry who was pissed off at President Obama’s executive actions which, according to him, bypassed the Constitution. While Rick may have been suffering from a case of temporary insanity at the time, the rest of the State’s loonies were quick to sign on.
The Chronicle did not report whether a group of men in white coats came to take the 10 loonies away from the committee meeting and onto Rusk State Hospital for some serious electric shock treatments. But sources tell me that some ambulances pulled away from the meeting, and that screams of “Remember the Alamo” were heard coming from inside the ambulances.

REMEMBERING PEARL HARBOR
Let's not forget that today is Pearl Harbor Day
BarkGrowlBite | December 7, 2015
On December 7, 1941 the Japanese sunk a good part of our Navy during a sneak bombing attack on Pearl Harbor. While some historians consider the attack a huge success, others consider it a catastrophic failure because the Japanese chose a day when our aircraft carriers were far out at sea.
Had our aircraft carriers been at Pearl Harbor, most if not all would have been sunk along with our battleships. Then the war in the Pacific would have been much harder for us to win. Our aircraft carriers played a huge part in the defeat of Japan.
What's so sad is that today many of our high school graduates do not have the foggiest notion of what Pearl Harbor Day is all about.

LOONIES RAMPANT IN TEXAS GOP
Some Texas Republican leaders want the State to secede from the Union even though the Constitution does not allow secession and the Supreme Court ruled it illegal in 1861
BarkGrowlBite | December 7, 2015
You gotta love Texas! The other day, the State’s loony Republican Lt. Governor responded to the terrorist attack in San Bernardino by tweeting:
"14 Dead in California Mass Shooting: God Hears Our Prayers."
Now a Republican lawmaker wants Texas to secede from the Union even though the Constitution does not allow secession and the Supreme Court ruled it illegal in 1861. This loony woman has some support within the State Republican Executive Committee, but there are probably not quite enough loonies among the 40 members for her resolution to be approved.
TEXAS SECESSION RESOLUTION PASSES GOP COMMITTEE, HEADED FOR PARTY VOTE SATURDAY
Officials will decide Saturday whether to put the non-binding resolution on the March 1 primary ballot
By Dylan Baddour | Houston Chronicle | December 4, 2015
A proposal to put Texas secession to a non-binding vote in March passed a state GOP committee vote in Austin on Friday afternoon, clearing the way for a vote Saturday by the Party's full executive assembly, party officials reported.
Party leadership has said the independence item won't likely be approved in a full-body vote. An informal poll of executive committee members conducted by the Chronicle showed the assembly was split on the issue.
The resolution would put a breakup with Uncle Sam to a non-binding vote, which would essentially serve as an opinion poll and wouldn't legally compel Texas to secede.
It was introduced by State Republican Executive Committee member Tanya Robertson, who represents parts of Harris, Galveston and Brazoria counties. In November, she told the Chronicle that many of her constituents had voiced support for a reborn Republic of Texas, the short-lived nation of the mid-1800s.
The resolution reads, "If the federal government continues to disregard the constitution and the sovereignty of the State of Texas, the State of Texas should reassert its status as an independent nation."
The SREC is the governing body of the Republican Party of Texas, and it decides what will appear on the March 1 Republican primary ballot. The Party is currently assembled in Austin to author the ballot. On Friday, the independence resolution passed the Resolutions Committee, which selects items to go before the full 40-member assembly on Saturday. Of 12 resolutions presented at the committee Friday, five were approved, including independence, members said.
Of the 40 SREC members polled by the Chronicle this week, 13 responded. Six said they would support a vote on independence, six said they would not and one declined to comment.
Supporters of the resolution argued that the Party should not prohibit the citizens from voicing their opinion, while opponents argued that secession was unpatriotic and unconstitutional.
Several polls have explored secession before. A 2009 Rasmussen survey found 18 percent of Texas would opt to secede, while seven percent were undecided.
In September 2014, Reuters reported "1 in 4 Americans are open to secession," with the highest support for secession—34 percent--in the three-state Southwest region that includes Texas.
Reuters asked 9,000 people across the country, "Do you support or oppose the idea of your state peacefully withdrawing from the United States of America and the federal government?"
Experts have said Texas would face an exceptionally difficult path to independence. Since the U.S. Supreme Court ruled secession illegal in 1861, the federal government would be compelled to use force against any state's attempt to leave the union.

NEW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION TYSON FURY IS OLD SCHOOL ABOUT WOMEN
Fury says “a woman’s best place is in the kitchen and on her back, that’s my personal belief.”
BarkGrowlBite | December 7, 2015
Weekend before last, Tyson Fury defeated Wladimir Klitschko to win the world heavyweight boxing championship. Fury, a Brit, has raised a fury over remarks he has made about homosexuality and women. He is now under investigation by the British Boxing Board of Control for his controversial remarks.
Fury is definitely from the politically incorrect old school concerning his opinions on women and homosexuals.
Fury will probably be removed from the BBBC’s shortlist of candidates for the Sports Personality of the Year award. I don’t they will do it, but it would be a shame if the BBBC were to strip Fury of his newly won title because he expressed opinions that are offensive to women and gay people.
BOXING BOARD TO SCRUTINIZE FURY’S COMMENTS
Sky News | December 5, 2015
The controversial comments made by new heavyweight world champion Tyson Fury will be on the agenda when the British Boxing Board of Control meets on Wednesday.
Fury controversially compared homosexuality with paedophilia and suggested both should be made illegal along with abortion in an interview last month in the build-up to last weekend's world title victory over Wladimir Klitschko.
Fury told the Mail On Sunday: "There are only three things that need to be accomplished before the Devil comes home. One of them is homosexuality being legal in countries, one of them is abortion and the other is paedophilia."
And the 27-year-old was thrust into the spotlight again this week after a video released online showed Fury making a string of sexist comments, some of which were directed at Olympic champion Jessica Ennis-Hill.
Fury has now claimed, through a statement provided to Sky Sports News by his uncle and trainer Peter Fury, that he is not homophobic.
"I am aware of the recent newspaper articles and I would like to put on record that I am not homophobic," Fury said.
"I have homosexual friends and I do not judge them because of their sexuality. My comments that you may have read are of from the Holy Scriptures and this is what I live from.
"I am aware of my position as the heavyweight champion of the world and the responsibility that this brings. I am also aware of my position as a role model and I hope to be a positive ambassador for the sport of boxing for many years to come."
Fury caused outrage this week after video on YouTube showed him giving his views on women. He said: "A woman's best place is in the kitchen and on her back, that's my personal belief."
Fury also gave his opinion on women in boxing, in which he spoke about the ring girls who "give me inspiration, when I'm tired and I see them wiggling around with their round two, round eight (cards)".
British heptathlete Ennis-Hill was also discussed during the interview which has led to people signing a petition to have Fury removed from the shortlist for BBC's Sports Personality of the Year award.
When asked about her, Fury said: "That's the runner isn't it?
"I think she's good, she's won quite a few medals for Britain, she slaps up good as well, when she's got a dress on she looks quite fit."

FORGET THAT HALLELUJAH, PRAISE THE LORD STUFF
The Rev. Thom Miller, who claims he found God in prison, may have lost the Good Lord after his release
BarkGroelBite | December 6, 2015
On December 2, I posted a story about Thom Miller who while doing seven years in an Ohio prison, stole a bible and found God. After his release he became an ordained minister and found two wives. It looks as though Thom’s church may just be a con for him to make money. The church seems to be a traveling church as it keeps moving from one abandoned Mansfield Ohio building to another.
All his life Thom has been one big Lothario. Here is his record as compiled by the Daily Mail:
FIRST WIFE: Phyllis - 1972 to 1976
Her age at marriage: 16 or 17
Children: Thomas, 43 and Renee, 41
SECOND WIFE: Mary - 1977 to 1982
Her age at marriage: 17
Children: Michael, 38, Angelina, 35, Leah, 34, Dana, 33
MISTRESS: Jamie, mother of Tom, 31
MISTRESS: Ann, mother of Nick, now 30
THIRD WIFE: Norma Jean Daffner - 1986 to 1993
Her age at marriage: 19
Children: Joseph, 28, and Robert, 27
MISTRESS: Ann Chipuk, mother of Ryan, 24
MISTRESS: Mary Spinelli, mother of a 22-year-old
FOURTH WIFE: Julia - 1999 to January 2009
Her age at marriage: 42
FIFTH WIFE: Belinda - March 2009 - present
Her age at marriage:38
SIXTH 'WIFE': Reba Kerfoot
Her age at marriage: 19
Children: One due next year
The 60-year-old Lothario is still going strong as evidenced by Reba’s pregnancy.
Thom’s ex-wives are not too fond of him. He’s behind more than $100,000 in child support with just one of them. Thom’s ‘bio-children’ as they call themselves, are not too fond of their father either. One of them, Angelina, who is married with two children, said: 'He absolutely disgusts me. It makes me sick to know I'm related to him. It's that simple. I mean what 60-year-old man has sex with a 19-year-old? She's younger than his grandchild.”
So it seems as though I may have been in error when I wrote: “Who says prisons don’t rehabilitate anyone? Rev. Thom Miller has proven you wrong.”
In Thom’s case, let’s just forget that Hallelujah, praise the Lord stuff.

It looks as though Thom’s church may just be a con for him to make money. The church seems to be a traveling church as it keeps moving from one abandoned Mansfield Ohio building to another.
All his life Thom has been one big Lothario. Here is his record as compiled by the Daily Mail:
FIRST WIFE: Phyllis - 1972 to 1976
Her age at marriage: 16 or 17
Children: Thomas, 43 and Renee, 41
SECOND WIFE: Mary - 1977 to 1982
Her age at marriage: 17
Children: Michael, 38, Angelina, 35, Leah, 34, Dana, 33
MISTRESS: Jamie, mother of Tom, 31
MISTRESS: Ann, mother of Nick, now 30
THIRD WIFE: Norma Jean Daffner - 1986 to 1993
Her age at marriage: 19
Children: Joseph, 28, and Robert, 27
MISTRESS: Ann Chipuk, mother of Ryan, 24
MISTRESS: Mary Spinelli, mother of a 22-year-old
FOURTH WIFE: Julia - 1999 to January 2009
Her age at marriage: 42
FIFTH WIFE: Belinda - March 2009 - present
Her age at marriage:38
SIXTH 'WIFE': Reba Kerfoot
Her age at marriage: 19
Children: One due next year
The 60-year-old Lothario is still going strong as evidenced by Reba’s pregnancy.
Thom’s ex-wives are not too fond of him. He’s behind more than $100,000 in child support with just one of them. Thom’s ‘bio-children’ as they call themselves, are not too fond of their father either. One of them, Angelina, who is married with two children, said: 'He absolutely disgusts me. It makes me sick to know I'm related to him. It's that simple. I mean what 60-year-old man has sex with a 19-year-old? She's younger than his grandchild.”
So it seems as though I may have been in error when I wrote: “Who says prisons don’t rehabilitate anyone? Rev. Thom Miller has proven you wrong.”
In Thom’s case, let’s just forget that Hallelujah, praise the Lord stuff.
NYPD COP AND MARILYN MONROE WANNABE MAY FACE DISCIPLINE FOR DATING CONVICTED KILLER
NYPD cops can be disciplined and even fired for fraternizing with a known felon

She was sleeping with the enemy, and now she may pay.
A Staten Island cop known as the Marilyn Monroe of the NYPD faces possible internal charges for having a turbulent love affair with an ex-con who served 19 years in prison for killing a man, the Daily News has learned.
The rocky romance between Officer Nancy Heinz, 53, and 48-year-old Mark Liverano came to light after the parolee was busted following a fight with another man inside the Hot Shotz sports bar in Staten Island Friday night.
Heinz — a platinum blond who often likened herself to Monroe, according to people who know her — was inside the bar when the fight broke out.
Liverano ended up facing assault charges, and he apparently violated an order of protection Heinz had filed against him after a previous incident, sources said. She described herself in court papers as Liverano’s ex-girlfriend.
A high ranking police source confirmed that the Internal Affairs Bureau was investigating their relationship, although it was unclear if Heinz knew she was dating a convicted killer.
At her Staten Island home on Thursday afternoon, Heinz declined to comment. Her NYPD uniform and badge could be seen beneath a long coat.
Liverano’s family confirmed the ex-con had dated Heinz from January to July this year. The two appeared happy and had attended family gatherings as a couple, belying his violent past, they said.
But according to Liverano’s sister, Marie Liverano, after the two split, Heinz — who works at the 120th Precinct in Staten Island — would often “taunt him” and goad him into violence.
“She kept seeking him out,” Marie Liverano told the News. “She’s just no good.”
“He was doing everything right until he met her,” Liverano said about her brother’s parole. “He’s just trying to put his life back together.”
Liverano was convicted in the April 14, 1995 shooting death of 37-year-old Richard Boeke — a father of two — as Boeke tried to break up a fight outside the Vegas Diner in Bensonhurst.
Liverano pleaded guilty to manslaughter and was sentenced to 12 1/2 to 25 years in prison. He was paroled in August 2014, court documents say.
He has now been charged with attacking retired cop Michael Davis — a friend of Heinz — during the argument last Friday night. Liverano allegedly struck Davis with a “black pistol-shaped object” that he pulled from his waistband, leaving the retired cop with a deep head gash that needed 17 staples to close, according to court records. He’s also accused of approaching Heinz, lifting up his shirt and flashing what appeared to be a gun.
“I don’t want you in here,” he screamed as he smashed beer bottles, according to the court records. “Fucking leave the bar!”
In a confrontation at another restaurant in September, Liverano spit on Heinz, law enforcement sources said.
According to the NYPD Patrol Guide, cops can be hit with a violation for fraternizing with a known felon. Cops found guilty could face a loss of vacation days or even lose their jobs.
The NYPD did not immediately return a call for comment.
Heinz, who joined the force in 1989, apparently has a bad track record when it comes to men — her former husband is Police Officer Mark Faljean, who in 2004 was convicted of molesting a colleague's wife and sentenced to sex offender treatment, according to court records.
