Yesterday the broadcast news announced that a 13-year old girl in Kansas City (I don't know which Kansas City) was being charged with a felony for finger-gunning a bully at school.
It is somehow comforting to know that California is not the only place in the country where significant decisions on public policy are being made by complete assholes.
