GOTCHA FOR INVADING OUR AIRSPACE

Israel accomplishes rare shoot-down of Syrian fighter jet

By Susan McFarland

UPI
July 24, 2018

July 24 (UPI) -- Israel Defense Forces shot down a Syrian fighter jet that penetrated Israeli airspace Tuesday, for just the third time in the last 33 years.

The IDF said the Russian-made Sukhoi aircraft had been under surveillance as it entered about a mile into Israeli airspace, setting off sirens in communities near the Syrian border.

The IDF said the jet came from an airbase near Hama, a previous target of least two Israeli airstrikes and a base used by Iranian forces for drone operations in Syria.

Syria said the jet was targeted by Israel while still in Syrian airspace.

The state-run SANA news agency said Israel fired at the plane as it was "leveling [terrorist] encampments in the Saida region on the outskirts of the Yarmouk Basin, in Syrian airspace."

Sky News Arabia reported the plane crashed in southwest Syria, an area still under Islamic State control.

Information was not immediately available about whether the pilots ejected or their condition.

Tuesday's shoot-down of a Syrian jet was just the third by Israel's air force since 1985. In the second, in 2014, the air force shot down a Sukhoi jet with a U.S.-supplied Patriot missile about a half-mile into Israeli airspace. By the time the missile hit, the plane was on its way back to Syria. The two pilots ejected and landed in Syria.

Monday, authorities said Israel used its David's Sling interceptor system for the first time to intercept two ballistic missiles launched from Syria.

Sirens sounded in northern Israel as the IDF implemented the intercept of two SS-21 ballistic missiles. One landed in Syria near the Israeli border and it was unclear if the system intercepted the second.

ANCESTRY.DAMN

I’ve just learned my ancestors were bonobos

I’ve always been led to believe my ancestors were priests descending in an unbroken line from AronAaron, the brother of Moses in 1300 B.C. My friend Trey Rusk told me that sounded like a bunch of bullshit and suggested I try one of those ancestry websites.

So I found an ancestry website I liked and shelled out $99 for a DNA testing kit. About three weeks after I returned the DNA testing kit, I learned who my ancestors really were. Trey was right, I did not descent from a line of priests.

I was somewhat shocked to learn that my ancestors were bonobos, chimpanzee-like apeas found in the African country of Congo. My original name was not Katz, but Kuhrrauhrrtuhrrzuhrr.

Bonobo is pissed off because photographer interrupted him while he was having sex

The DNA revealed that I was 93.7 percent bonobo. The other 6.3 percent of descent could not be determined..

Shit! If I have to be descended from apes, I would rather they be orangutans because they are smarter and can spit further than bonobos. And orangutans live in Borneo, not Africa.

Orangutan

My ancestors were bonobos? I guess that explains my craving for bananas. And now I know why all the time I want to fuck women. It is said that bonobos spend all their time having sex.

Well at least I did not descend from Hutus or Tutsis. From what I know, they are not as smart as bonobos. (Oops, Trey just told me that my comparison of Hutus and Tutsis to apes shows that I am a racist.)

UNDERCOVER BLUES

Running Code 3
July 23, 2018

A lot of police agencies like to take the fresh new recruits straight from the academy and use them to work undercover. In the early 80's I can recall being ordered to participate in an undercover operation in Houston as a new hire. U/C work is fun and dangerous. Working U/C in a club is drinking on the state's dime and being paid to get others to misbehave. Strippers already like to misbehave and are money driven. If they get a glimpse of a roll of cash they will milk you until it's gone then move on to the next sucker.

I worked U/C with four others in a strip club that had run amuck with reported violations. Our job was to make sex, liquor violations and drug cases in an effort to shut the club down by license revocation. We were loosely supervised. I was told by my supervisor that I walked like a cop. He told me to walk like I was at the beach in swim trunks. It worked.

Establishing credibility requires a lot of lying and cash. I befriended a stripper named Rose in the club. I assume that the stage name was from a tattoo on her ample right tit of green thorny rose stem that ended at her areola. She was wild and sucked down cocaine and tequila between lap dances. I bought a lot of weed and cocaine from Rose. She was not discreet and usually scored the drugs from the bar manager. By the time I received the drugs she had used or taken half.

Once cases were made, we obtained warrants. The night of the raid we donned raid jackets and loaded up at least 50 people in transport vans. It was quite a show and Rose cursed me as she was being loaded in a van.

I attended court on at least four of my cases and lost them on technicalities. It was unusual because most vice defendants usually plead out for reduced jail time.

Something didn't smell right.

In state law enforcement case dispositions are recorded monthly. I was concerned because a lot of dismissals might impact my job evaluation. I checked with the rest of the guys on the squad and they told me their cases were also being dismissed.

Shortly after questioning the dismissals, I was summoned to the Lieutenant's office. I arrived and was asked to take a seat. The Lieutenant exchanged pleasantries for a while then said he wanted to discuss my cases at this particular club. I learned that all of the cases were being dismissed and the administrative case to close the club was going away. Of course, I was skeptical and asked what was going on. He explained that the Feds had been running the club before our investigation began and they allowed the club to run amuck. The complaints were received and we did our job. He assured me that it was all documented and our cases were good. They just wouldn't be prosecuted for the good of the federal case.

I saw Rose a couple of years later working at another strip club. She was worn out and skinny. Her rose stem tattoo looked like weed. I asked her how she was doing. She replied that she was still living the dream. Rose died of Aids shortly after I saw her.

Undercover work is sleazy. Cops already have a large divorce rate and U/C cops sometimes get too involved with their snitches and begin to live the life. I firmly believe that undercover cops should be closely supervised. In addition undercover assignments should be limited to a maximum of two years. I know a lot of U/C cops won't agree with me but their families will.

That's the way I see it.

100 DAYS AND COUNTING

by Bob Walsh

As I write this we are 100 days from what is, IMHO, inarguably the most significant mid-term election in living memory. If the Democraps are successful in taking back the Senate (probably not in my opinion) and in taking back the House (distinctly possible) it will without a doubt put a serious ding in the ability of President Trump to get things done.

I am hopeful in that it looks like the hard-core socialist wing of the Democrap party is making serious inroads into their internal structure. I think these nut jobs really BELIEVE that they are the new normal. Three is a danger in believing your own press releases. If you won't take my word for it just ask Hillary about that.

If these bozos really believe the mainstream America will vote for universal free higher education, universal free healthcare, the right to vote for illegal aliens and the abolishment of out national borders, I welcome the contest. I truly don't think the country is that far gone. Yet.

FACIAL RECOGNITION TECHNOLOGY USED TO PREVENT SCHOOL SHOOTINGS

Schools IN Lockport, N.Y. are using facial recognition CCTV systems to detect expelled students, disgruntled ex-employees and sex offenders

Associated Press
July 23, 2018

The surveillance system that has kept watch on students entering Lockport schools for over a decade is getting a novel upgrade.

Facial recognition technology soon will check each face against a database of expelled students, sex offenders and other possible troublemakers.

It could be the start of a trend as more schools fearful of shootings consider adopting the technology, which has been gaining ground on city streets and in some businesses and government agencies.

Just last week, Seattle-based digital software company RealNetworks began offering a free version of its facial recognition system to schools nationwide.

Already, the Lockport City School District's plan has opened a debate in this western New York community and far beyond about the system's potential effectiveness, student privacy and civil rights.

'We shake our heads that we're having to deal with and talk about these kinds of security issues,' said Robert LiPuma, technology director for the Lockport district, east of Niagara Falls, 'but here we are.'

The idea behind the Lockport system is to enable security officers to quickly respond to the appearance of expelled students, disgruntled employees, sex offenders or certain weapons the system is programmed to detect.

Only students seen as threats will be loaded into the database. Officials say it is the first school district in the country to adopt the Canadian-made system it is installing.

Administrators say it could thwart shootings like February's attack in which expelled student Nikolas Cruz is charged with killing 17 at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.

'This would have identified (Cruz) as not being able to be in that building,' said Tony Olivo, a security consultant who recommended the system for Lockport. Cameras mounted throughout the building would have followed the banned student's every move until he left.

Critics say the technology has been absent from schools for good reason.

In light of Lockport's plans, the New York Civil Liberties Union asked the state Education Department to block the technology from any New York school, saying it would 'have a chilling effect on school climate.' Education officials say they are reviewing the request.

'Lockport is sending the message that it views students as potential criminals who must have their faces scanned wherever they go,' NYCLU Executive Director Donna Lieberman said.

Jennifer Lynch, senior staff attorney with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, a digital rights group, said any school considering facial recognition must consider who will have access to data, how such a system would be managed and whether students can opt out.

Others question the technology's cost and effectiveness, given reports like one released in February by MIT and Stanford University that found some facial recognition programs don't work as well on racial minorities and women.

Lockport parent Belinda Cooper would have preferred metal detectors in her 15-year-old daughter's school.

'It would have been cheaper for the school district, and you can guarantee no guns or knives will be brought in,' she said.

District officials say the Aegis system they are installing, made by SN Technologies of Ontario, will not build or store a database of student and faculty face prints that could be shared with the government or marketers. Nor will the $1.4 million cost, funded through a state technology bond, siphon funding from staffing or supplies.

District officials acknowledge it won't stop a determined attacker from coming through the door, nor will it warn against someone who is not a known threat.

But 'there's no system that's going to solve every problem,' LiPuma said. 'It's another tool that we feel will give us an advantage to help make our buildings and our communities a little safer.'

Individual schools and districts, as well as the governors of Wyoming and one other state, have already expressed interest in RealNetworks' customizable SAFR System, senior product director Michael Vance said.

At the University Child Development School in Seattle where it was piloted, rather than rely on office staff buzzing in late arrivals or visitors, the system gives parents who have registered their faces automatic access through a locked gate and tells the office who is coming.

Schools can opt to register students' faces and customize how to respond to people who have been flagged for alert.

'All of that resides with the school,' Vance said. 'We don't see it. We don't have access to the pictures, the images, the video, anything like that. It's stored in the same way that school attendance databases, grades, records, everything is kept.'

Nevertheless, citing a patchwork of regulations, Vance said the company would welcome the kind of government guidelines for facial recognition technology that Microsoft President Brad Smith called for in a blog post July 13.

In Lockport, as crews worked on wiring the system inside, 16-year-old student Teliyah Sumler expressed some reservations.

'I feel like it's too personal,' she said. 'Cameras all in my face. It's too much.'

Khari Demos, 22, who has two siblings in Lockport High School, said he worries for their safety and views facial recognition as another piece of a security puzzle that includes locked doors and active shooter drills.

'It'll actually identify who should and shouldn't be in the school,' said Demos, who graduated from the school in 2013. 'The system will never be 100 percent perfect but it's a step in the right direction.'

THIS ONE FELL OUT OF THE CUCKOO NEST

Republican lawmaker screams nigger, calls Muslims rapists, bites a dummy's penis and takes off his pants to cause a gay panic after being tricked by Sacha Baron Cohen on Who Is America?

By Chris Spargo

Daily Mail
July 23, 2018

A Republican lawmaker who is currently serving in the Georgia House of Representatives got semi-nude, shouted racial slurs and expressed anti-gay, anti-Muslim and anti-Asian sentiments on the latest episode of Who Is America?

Representative Jason Spencer, 43, was tricked into appearing on Sacha Baron Cohen's Showtime program, believing he was being taught self-defense to fight off terrorists.

Instead, the physician's assistant from the town of Woodbine was seen on the show shouting the word ‘nigger’ multiple times, calls Muslims 'sand niggers' and 'rapists,' imitates a Chinese tourist by speaking nonsense, and tries to ward off a potential terrorist by ripping down his pants and threatening them with his bare buttocks.

Spencer is now being asked to step down by members of both parties, including Georgia House Speaker David Ralston, but has said he refuses to vacate his post.

He also released a statement that said in part: 'Sacha Baron Cohen and his associates took advantage of my paralyzing fear that my family would be attacked.'

In this episode, Cohen was playing the character of Captain Erran Morad, an anti-terrorism expert.

He introduces himself by stating: 'I was in the Mossad, I mean not in the Mossad for 13 years. I am here to teach you krav maga.'

Spencer then introduces himself, at which point the show reveals that last August the Republican lawmaker had told a former member of the Georgia House of Representatives that she would be killed and thrown in a swamp if she supported the removal of Confederate statues.

LaDawn Jones, a black attorney who is no longer a member of the Georgia House, expressed her shock when Spencer responded to her objections over a Jefferson Lee stature by writing: 'Continue your quixotic journey into South Georgia and it will not be pleasant. The truth. Not a warning. Those folks won’t put up with it like they do in Atlanta. It best you move on.'

He did not stop there either, going on to state: 'I can guarantee you won’t be met with torches but something a lot more definitive. People of South Georgia are people of action, not drama.

Things then went a step further in the next post, with Spencer writing of people like Jones who are against these statues: 'They will go missing in the Okefenokee [swamp]. Too many necks they are red around here. Don’t say I didn’t warn you about ’em.'

Spencer was also in the news for introducing a bill that would make it illegal for people to conceal their faces in public.

He tells Cohen that he does not call it a 'burka ban' and rather an 'anti-masking statute' because 'to win in the legal system you cannot be against the First Amendment.'

He then added: 'See this is how the Muslims in the country are using the First Amendment for them. You got to fight fire with fire.'

The men then work on techniques, with each practice becoming more and more absurd and offensive.

When Cohen urges Spencer to try and attract attention by screaming out the n-word, the politician yells out the racial slur a slew of times before Cohen stops him and says he meant 'noony.'

Cohen then adds that the word Spencer was screaming is 'disgusting.'

'ISIS is scared of being seen as homo,' says Cohen, who teaches Spencer 'how to use his bottom' to scare off terrorists.

Spencer willingly takes down his pants and runs backwards to ram his buttocks into Cohen's groin while yelling 'Murica' on the first attempt shown on the show, with the editing of the episode making it unclear how long each segment lasted and what parts made it to air.

Cohen then tells Spencer that in the Mosad they say: 'If you want to win, you have to show some skin.'

That is when the lawmaker takes down his boxer briefs, which he once again seems to do with no real issue or concern, and again starts to back up his buttocks to Cohen's groin.

Cohen meanwhile has his pants unzipped the entire time they are simulating this 'intimidation technique.'

A semi-naked Spencer yells: 'I will touch you. I will touch you with my buttocks. USA'

This practice, meant to simulate a gay panic that would fend off terrorists, ends with Spencer doing a fourth pass in which he screams: 'I will touch you. I will make you a homosexual. USA!'

Spencer is then off the show, but returns in the end of the episode in a special message he filmed for terrorists.

'All you sand niggers over the Middle East, we are tired of you coming to America and we are tired of you threatening us. We will cut off your dick,' states Spencer, who then simulates cutting off a dummy's penis with the knife he is waving around while producing a piece of cured meat in his hand.

'You understand, we will cut off your dick and we will shove it in your mouth, chew it off, put it in your mouth.'

While delivering that line, Spencer bits off the top of the meat and then shoves the rest into the dummy's mouth.

'How are you going to rape little children and women without a dick?'

While he may not be stepping down, Spencer is not long for his seat, having lost in the recent primary election.

Dick Cheney, Trent Lott, David Petraeus, Alberto Gonzales and Sarah Palin are among the other big names who have been duped by Cohen for the new series.

Palin, the former governor of Alaska, confirmed that she was tricked into flying to Washington DC for an interview with Cohen, writing a detailed post about her experience on Facebook.

It has also been suggested by Cohen himself that President Trump will be the focus of his new show, which airs new episodes on Sunday night.

JASON SPENCER STATEMENT ON SACHA BARON COHEN SHOW

'The makers of this film fraudulently induced me in participating in bogus self-defense and anti-terrorism training after they learned of the legislation I introduced in November 2016 that provoked death threats against me and my family. They took advantage of my fears that I would be attacked by someone inspired by the vile rhetoric used against me.

'I was told the video was intended to be an educational aid to train elected officials who may be targeted by terrorists. Threats to public officials are real as we have seen with the assassination attempt upon Congressman Steve Scalise’s life, which occurred one month prior to my contact with the film’s makers.

'They exploited my state of mind for profit and notoriety. This media company’s deceptive and fraudulent behavior is exactly why President Donald Trump was elected.

'Furthermore, there are sensitive parts of this training that took place under a kidnapping scenario where I was repeatedly asked to shout provocative language which I requested be removed, but I was not afforded that opportunity to have final approval over footage used that was initially extended to me by the film makers.

'It is clear the makers of this film intended to deceive me in an attempt to undermine the American conservative political movement; therefore, I have sought legal counsel to challenge this illegal and unethical behavior and plan on taking action if and when any of this fraudulently obtained footage of me is used by these Hollywood liberals to line their own pockets.'

IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE LAW, BE AN ASSHOLE

by Bob Walsh

There was a significant disagreement between Michael Drejka, 47, and Markeis McGlockton in a convenience store parking lot in Florida on Thursday.

Drejka was rawjawing McGlockton's babymama, who was in a parked car in a handicapped spot, about the lack of a handicapped plate on the car. McGlockton came out of the store and clocked Drejka, knocking him on his ass. Drejka pulled his licensed pistol and shot McGlockton once. McGlockton died. (McGlockton is black. Drejka is white.)

The cops have refused to arrest Drejka citing Florida's stand your ground law. Cited were the force disparity between the two men and the fact that Drejka was acting from a position of disadvantage, that being on the ground. The physical part of the incident lasted less than four seconds. There is store security video of it.

A mob of pro-violence-by-black-thugs supporters kicked up a fuss and marched en mass to the convenience store so they could piss off the owner who had nothing to do with it and inconvenience his customers, who also had nothing to do with it.

Makes perfect sense to me. I mean why should anybody think that using violence against a smaller man twice your age is an appropriate first response for him calling you on misdemeanor illegal parking.

EDITOR'S NOTE: A different perspective than the one I presented earlier.
