Some thoughts on the Las Vegas Sphere
By Howie Katz
$2.3 billion is a helluva lot of moolah.
As
of August this year, there were 6,566 homeless people in Las Vegas and
the number keeps increasing. Just think about how many homeless people
$2.3 billion would shelter and feed.
Most of the $2.3 billion was borne by New York's Madison Square Garden. In New York there are more
than 100,000 men, women and children that are homeless. $2.3 billion
would shelter and feed all those homeless people, as well as the
nigrants as they keep coming.
And
what about energy conservation. How much energy is used to keep the
sphere lit up? That should energize President Biden and all those
calling for energy conservation.
Furthermore, $2.3 billion would go a long way to fight the crime that is rampant in our country nowadays.
This extravaganza is comparable to Nero fiddling while Rome burned.
The people behind the sphere should be horsewhipped!
See you at the Las Vegas Sphere.
