WAS THE NASHVILLE HE-SHE SCHOOL SHOOTER EXECUTED?

First of all, I want to congratulate the Nashville PD and its officers for the way they swiftly dealt with and ended the recent Christian school shooting. They shot dead transgender Audrey (formerly Adam) Hale before he-she could shoot any more children

Nashville was no Uvalde.

Unlike in Uvalde, the Nashville officers did not stand around waiting for someone to give some orders. Immediately upon their arrival at the school, the responding officer grabbed their assault rifles out of the trunks of their police cars and ran to enter the school. Once inside they conducted a methodical search until they found the he-she shooter on the second floor.

Upon spotting the shooter, Officers Rex Engelbert opened fire and brought he-she down. Officer Michael Collazo then stood over the fallen shooter and finished he-she off.

Officers Rex Engelbert and Michal Collazo, together with the other Nashville cops who searched for the shooter, are true heroes. Theirs was a job well done.

The police heroics aside, this brings up the legal issue of Officer Collazo shooting he-she Hale after the shooter was downed by Officer Engelbert. Was he-she reaching for one of three guns as Collazo stood over her? If so, there can be no doubt that the shooting was legal. But if he-she was still alive and did not try to reach for a gun, Collazo's shooting amounted to an execution and that would not be legal. 

As for the Uvalde school shouting, one should not question the bravery of the officers who stood around for an hour and 14 minutes while a shooter was killing 19 elementary schoolchildren and two teachers. 

There was a multi-agency response involving school officers, Uvalde city cops, sheriff's deputies and state troopers, all waiting for someone to order them to go after the shooter, an order that never came. It wasn't until a Border Patrol tactical team took it upon themselves to go after the shooter that the waiting officers joined in.

Who's in charge? That's the problem with hastily assembled multi-agency operations. 

Fortunately for the children that he-she Hale was prevented from shooting, Nashville did not have the problem of a multi-agency response.

A longtime friend in Ft. Worth called me yesterday and we talked about a number of things, including Qanon and InfoWars. We wondered about how there are so many, many fools in this country who believe the conspiracy theories put forth by Qanon and InfoWars.  Among them we counted Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, Kraken keeper attorney Sydney Powell, and Donald Trump ... yes, that's former President Trump.

 

My friend told me she has two different neighbors who believe Jesus Christ was an alien from outta space and that is why he was crucified.

 

So there you have it, my friends. Forget all that stuff in the bible about the birth of Jesus. He was an alien from outta space and when Judas ratted him off to the Romans, they up and crucified him.

BIDEN GETS TOUGH BY THREATENING CHINA WITH DIRE CONSEQUENCES

President Biden has warned China there will be "dire consequences" if China provides Russia with lethal weapons for use against Ukraine

 

                           

 

During a hastily called White House press briefing, President Joe Biden told reporters that he had just completed a call to Chinese President Xi Jinping warning him that if he provided Putin with lethal weapons for Russia to use against the Ukraine, there would be dire consequences.

A reporter asked what those consequences would be?

President Biden threatened to close down all Chinese restaurants and Chinese laundries in the United States

 

The president replied:

"I told President Xi that I would close down all the Chinese restaurants and Chinese laundries in the United States." 

Another reporter asked how Xi responded.

President Biden laughed and said:

"My warning must have left President Xi speechless. I did hear a sound before the line went dead, something like  uncontrolled laughter, but I'm sure that wasn't Xi because he wouldn't dare laugh at the President of the United States."

SOME THOUGHTS ABOUT OUR PRESIDENTS

Presidents Day

 

Congress threw a bone to black Americans by establishing a Martin Luther King holiday. In order to accommodate MLK, they had to make room for him. Congress did so by eliminating the birthday holiday for Abraham Lincoln and, instead, celebrating it together with George Washington Day.  Liberals prefer to call it President's Day. 

 

MLK most certainly deserves his place in history, but at the cost of Lincoln? I don't think so.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if some day congress established a George Floyd holiday. They just have to find a current holiday to eliminate - probably Columbus Day.

 

The Best President

 

Harry S. Truman became president during WWII. He ended the war by dropping nukes on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Truman has been much condemned for resorting to the A Bombs, but if we had invaded Japan instead, it would have been at the cos of thousands and thousands American lives.

 

Truman also showed Gen. Douglas MacArthur who was the actual Commander in Chief by firing his ass for disobeying orders. That took a lot of guts because MacArthur was favored by many to be the next president.

 

Truman's foreign policies made for a better world. The most criticism he received was for publicly calling columnist Drew Pearson a son of a bitch for trashing daughter margaret Truman's piano performance.

The Most Unqualified President

 

Barack Obama was undoubtedly the most unqualified president in American history. 

 

Did Obama have any executive experience? No! Did he have any foreign policy experience? No! Did he ever serve as much as one day in the military? No! Obama was a community organizer (troublemaker) and one-term US senator before being elected president.

 

Obama's crowning achievement was a nuclear agreement with Iran for which he gave the Ayatollahs $400 million in cash and which allowed them to develop nuclear weapons in the future anyway.

The Untouchable President

 

The color of his skin made Barack Obama untouchable. 

 

The slightest bit of criticism directed at America's first black president was and would be labeled as being racist.

The 'War on Cops' President

Barack Obama, along with Joe Biden, has been the most anti-police president. 

 

Obama started the war on cops following the arrest of his friend Harvard professor Henry Lois Gates in 2009. Given the occasion, Obama accuses the police of systemic racism.

The war on cops that Obama started continues unabated under Biden's administration.  

 

The Unhinged President

 

President Donald Trump did make America great again. His policies, both foreign and domestic, were badly needed and he deserves to be commended for them. Unfortunately, President Biden has reversed most of them.

 

On top of all the good he did, Trump became unhinged at times. He used tweets to make personal attacks against his critics instead of attacking the criticism. Those tweets cost him the independent vote which is crucial in any election.

 

His behavior and actions upon learning he had lost to Biden, and afterwards, were not those of a sane person.

The 80-Year-Old Not-Senile President

 

 

 

At 80-years-old, President Joe Biden is the oldest president ever. He moves slowly and sometimes awkwardly. He gets confused at times about where he is and with whom he is. Biden is also prone to experience short-term memory losses. These problems have convinced many people that Joe is senile. I have some friends who you cannot convince otherwise.

 

I have always maintained that Biden is not senile. Short- term memory loss, a slow gait, occasional stumbling, and confusion are all common to elderly people, but that does not necessarily make them senile. 

 

Biden has just returned fro visits to Ukraine and Poland. In Warsaw he gave a rousing speech against Russian President Vladimir Putin and the war against Ukraine. And he did not have to use a teleprompter. That speech should have put the conjecture of senility to rest.

 

As for Biden's presidency, it's one of the worst in American history. In Kamala Harris, he picked the dumbest and most embarrassing vice president ever. His border policy - that is if he actually has one - has been an utter disaster. Biden has continued Obama's war on cops. He has reversed most of Trump's commendable policies. And Biden's chief foreign policy aim is to maintain Obama's Iran nuclear agreement legacy.

 

UPDATE February 24, 2023: I watched this evening's ABC News during which David Muir interviewed President Biden at the White House on a number of issues. The segment lasted about 20 minutes and Muir did not pitch any softballs. Biden answered every question clearly and with  hardly any hesitation.

Biden demonstrated that he is not senile and anyone who still thinks otherwise needs to have his own head examined.

 

 

The Next President

 

 

                   

I have long advocated a Nikki Haley presidency. In my opinion, Nikki is by far the best candidate the Republicans have to offer, better than Ron DeSantis or any other prospective GOP candidate.

 

Nikki's executive experience as governor of South Carolina and her foreign policy experience as Trump's ambassador to the United Nations make Nikki the most qualified candidate in either party.

 

I would like for Nikki to pick former Navy SEAL, now Congressman Dan Crenshaw as her vice president.

 

I probably won't live long enough to see who gets elected our next president, but America will be blessed with President Nikki Haley.

President Obama started the current war on cops in July 2009 because his fiend, Harvard Professor Henry Gates, had been arrested at his home by the Cambridge, Mass. police. 

At the time Obama said the police "acted stupidly" and "there's a long history in this country of African Americans and Latinos being stopped by law enforcement disproportionately."

Thus, Obama fired the first salvo in the current war on cops, a war that continues unabated with no end in sight. 

Obama took the opportunity afforded him by the fatal police beating of Tyre Nichols in Memphis to fire another salvo at the police.

On Saturday, Barack and Michelle Obama issued a joint tweet which stated:

"The vicious, unjustified beating of Tyre Nichols and his ultimate death at the hands of five Memphis police officers is just the latest, painful reminder of how far America still has to go in fixing how we police our streets."

Just as he had in 2009, Obama broad brushes cops, then as being racist, and now as being a bunch of brutal thugs.

President Biden is no less guilty of broad brushing the police. Earlier this month Biden gave a speech at an Al Sharpton National Action Network event.  It did not take long for him to attack the police for using deadly force. "Why should you [cops] always shoot with deadly force?," he queried.

In the Nichols case, Biden released a statement which falsely accused the police of routinely mistreating minorities.  Although he said, "The vast majority of [cops] wear the badge honorably," Biden then turned around and said, "It is yet another painful reminder of the profound fear and trauma, the pain, and the exhaustion that Black and Brown Americans experience every single day."

But the most dangerous warriors in the war on cops are the rogue cops whose misconduct provides the fuel to operate the anti-police war machine.

 

It's rogue cops like the Memphis five that provide the fuel to operate the anti-police war machine. 

 

There are more than 800,000 sworn law enforcement officers in the United States. Among those officers there are bound to be some rouges. But their number is minuscule. Yet their misconduct is what gets the most attention of the media. 

What Obama, Biden and their ilk are doing is demonizing the police and robbing them of the respect they deserve. That too is a crime!

SOME THOUGHTS ON THE FATAL BEATING OF TYRE NAICHOLS

There was absolutely no justification whatsoever for the five Memphis officers to beat up Tyre Nichols.

To its credit, the  Memphis PD fired the five rogues quickly 

The DA quickly and rightly filed murder charges against the five.

I do not believe the body camera videos should have been released to the public. The cops had already been fired, charged with murder and arrested. 

It puzzles me why the family and attorney Benjamin Crump insisted on their release. They knew that the body camera videos were inflammatory, otherwise they would not have called for any demonstrations to be peaceful.

 

 

Why were there any demonstrations at all, when the five cops had already been fired, criminally charged and arrested? And why were the demonstrations nationwide? My answer is ... the videos gave the warriors in the war on cops a reason to demonstrate against "killer cops."

 

 

In Times Square, the demonstrations (pictured above) were led by members of the communist 'Party for Socialism & Liberation.' In Houston the same group was joined by the communist 'Worker's World Party.'

And where was Black Lives Matter? It's obvious that since Tyre's brutal murder was not at the hands of white cops, his black life does not matter to communist-led BLM.

In all the demonstration there were large numbers of young whites who were probably indoctrinated by Marxist college professors. It's been the same in all anti-police demonstrations.

Why were the demonstrations peaceful? Not only because the perpetrators had been fired and arrested, but because they were black, not white. Had the five been white, the whole nation would have erupted in George Floyd-like riots.

Finally, those five Memphis cops have not only disgraced themselves, but they've made it much harder for America's law enforcement officers to enforce the law.
