A Pennsylvania man who admitted having sex on several occasions with a miniature horse has pleaded guilty to his perversity, but will not spend any time behind bars, according to court records.
In a deal with prosecutors, Travis Wagner, 22, recently copped to a pair of misdemeanor charges--trespassing and sexual intercourse with an animal. Wagner was originally charged with burglary, a felony, in connection with incidents at a barn in Ephrata, a rural Lancaster County borough.
Wagner, pictured at right, was sentenced to two years probation and directed to pay nearly $2200 in fines and court costs. A judge also ordered Wagner to “have no contact with the victim and or victim’s family.”
Wagner was arrested last year after the horse’s owner contacted police to report that a man driving a Dodge pickup truck had been trespassing on his property late at night. The suspect, the owner said, had gone into his barn, which “houses cattle and a miniature horse.”
After identifying Wagner as the suspected trespasser, cops interviewed him at his residence. During questioning, Wagner confessed that he had entered the barn to have sex with the miniature horse on at least three occasions and “admitted to inserting his penis into the miniature horse for approximately ten minutes and subsequently ejaculating into the horse’s rectum.”

A teenager accidentally shot and killed his girlfriend while showing off a gun he was given as a graduation present Thursday night, according to police.
Memphis police said Brennan Fields, 18, was given the firearm as a high-school graduation gift by the father of his girlfriend, Lucinda Luna.
He was admiring the gift at the 19-year-old girl's home in Arlington, Tennessee, when he accidentally shot Luna in the stomach, according to WMC.
Luna was rushed to the hospital, but died from her injuries.
Shelby County Sheriff's Office officials said there are no plans to file charges against Fields.
'By all indications, there was no intent for this to happen,' spokesperson Earle Farrell told WMC.
Luna's neighbor and close friend Kara Stubblefield told WMC she is 'distraught' over the girl's sudden death.
About her friend, Stubblefield said 'she was always reading. Every time I went over there she was like "here you need to read this book."'
She also said Fields was experienced with guns, that he owned several and goes to the shooting range frequently.
'This is going to hurt real bad for him. Like he's not going to get over this for a long time. I'm just worried about Brennan really and her parents too,' Stubblefield said.

Reinhold Hanning was not a nice man. He was found guilty of 170,000 counts of accessory to murder last year related to his time as an SS Guard at Auschwitz. He was sentenced to five years but has not served a day as his sentence was under appeal.
He shuffled off this mortal coil within the last couple of days in Germany. With luck his miserable soul will rot in hell for eternity.

INTERESTING DEFENSE: THE POLICE MADE HIM MURDER PEOPLE

The basic facts of the case are not in question. On July 12 of 2013 Barry White, 27, went into a small jewelry store in San Francisco and slit the throats of two clerks and shot and wounded the owner. He then engaged the police in a gun battle, after he ran out of ammo he surrendered.
White's public defender is asserting that White was mentally disabled by being shot in the head by the cops in 2009. Allegedly the ensuing mental defect makes him not guilty. Strange how he was crazy enough to shoot at the cops but sane enough to surrender when he ran out of ammo.

Colleges Celebrate Diversity With Self-Imposed Segregated ‘Commencements’

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Looking out over a sea of people in Harvard Yard last week, Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook’s chief executive and one of Harvard’s most famous dropouts, told this year’s graduating class that it was living in an unstable time, when the defining struggle was “against the forces of authoritarianism, isolationism and nationalism.”
Two days earlier, another end-of-year ceremony had taken place, just a short walk away on a field outside the law school library. It was Harvard’s first commencement for black graduate students, and many of the speakers talked about a different, more personal kind of struggle, the struggle to be black at Harvard.
“We have endured the constant questioning of our legitimacy and our capacity, and yet here we are,” Duwain Pinder, a master’s degree candidate in business and public policy, told the cheering crowd of several hundred people in a keynote speech.
From events once cobbled together on shoestring budgets and hidden in back rooms, alternative commencements like the one held at Harvard have become more mainstream, more openly embraced by universities and more common than ever before.
This spring, tiny Emory and Henry College in Virginia held its first “Inclusion and Diversity Year-End Ceremonies.” The University of Delaware joined a growing list of colleges with “Lavender” graduations for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender students. At Columbia, students who were the first in their families to graduate from college attended the inaugural “First-Generation Graduation,” with inspirational speeches, a procession and the awarding of torch pins.
Some of the ceremonies have also taken on a sharper edge, with speakers adding an activist overlay to the more traditional sentiments about proud families and bright futures.
After Columbia’s ceremony, Lizzette Delgadillo said she spoke about the pain of “impostor syndrome — feeling alone when it feels like everybody else on campus just knows what to do and you don’t,” and of how important it was to have the support of other first-generation students.
Ms. Delgadillo, who graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, had lobbied for the event for three years, as a member of a group called the First-Generation Low-Income Partnership.
“The current political climate definitely pushed this initiative to come to fruition,” said Ms. Delgadillo, the daughter of Mexican immigrants living in Los Angeles.
Participants say the ceremonies are a way of celebrating their shared experience as a group, and not a rejection of official college graduations, which they also attend. Depending on one’s point of view, the ceremonies may also be reinforcing an image of the 21st-century campus as an incubator for identity politics.
“It’s not easy being a student, being a student anywhere, but especially at a place like Harvard,” Ward Connerly, president of the American Civil Rights Institute and a former University of California regent who campaigned against racial preference in admissions, said sympathetically.
But events like black commencements, he continued, serve only to “amplify” racial differences. “College is the place where we should be teaching and preaching the view that you’re an individual, and choose your associates to be based on other factors rather than skin color,” he said.
“Think about it,” Mr. Connerly added. “These kids went to Harvard, and they less than anyone in our society should worry about feeling welcome and finding comfort zones. They don’t need that.”
The alternative ceremonies at Harvard had printed programs, and incorporated the pageantry, ritual and solemnity of traditional commencements, though without the diplomas, which were reserved for the official university commencement.
A few hours after the new “Harvard University Black Commencement” for the graduate schools, including the prestigious law, divinity, business, government and medical schools, about 120 students attended the third annual “Latinx” commencement. In the cavernous basement of a science building, where an animal skeleton dangled overhead and Latin music played, students received stoles with the words “Clase Del 2017” woven into them, while siblings devoured chocolate cupcakes.
Black undergraduates held a separate event that night amid the polished pews and Greek columns of Memorial Church, Harvard’s spiritual center and the backdrop for Mr. Zuckerberg’s address.
While Mr. Zuckerberg’s speech was broadcast live and received thousands of complimentary comments on Facebook, the black ceremony was relatively small and more intimate, and seemed invisible to scores of classmates noshing on sliders and beer at a white tent nearby, part of the broader commencement week revelry.
The ceremony was open to all students, though virtually everyone who attended was black, and not all black students attended.
About 80 black graduates formed a procession to organ music, received kente-cloth stoles, listened to a classmate play Bach on cello and sang “Lift Every Voice and Sing.”
“For me, the black community is a home away from home,” Olivia Castor, a student speaker from Spring Valley, N.Y., who earned a bachelor’s degree in social studies and African-American studies, said exuberantly.
“It’s where I spent most of my time, where I found my closest friends and, more importantly, where I’ve learned the most important lessons during my time here,” she went on. “So thank you, thank you for being beautiful, brilliant and blackety-black-black.”
Brandon M. Terry, the faculty speaker, joked that Harvard College’s black graduation had become more mainstream since he graduated in 2005.
“This setup already has us beat,” he said. “We were in one of the old Harvard buildings across campus. We had no air-conditioning, and some folding chairs on the stage.”
Professor Terry suggested that the mood was different as well.
“You began college just weeks after George Zimmerman was acquitted in the callous killing of Trayvon Martin,” Professor Terry, an assistant professor of African and African-American studies and social studies, said in his address.
“You were teenagers, like Michael Brown when he was subjected to the Sophoclean indignity of being shot dead and left in the blazing sun. Your world was shaped in indelible ways by these deaths and others like them, and many of you courageously took to join one of the largest protest movements in decades to try to wrest some semblance of justice from these tragedies.”
But like all the speakers, he spoke reverently of Harvard as an institution, saying: “The dramatic privileges that you have and will continue to benefit from in virtue of your association with this university are only worth the social cost if they are to benefit people worse off than you.”
Bhekinkosi Sibanda, a first-generation Harvard student from Zimbabwe, said he had been ambivalent at first about participating in the black graduation.
“In an attempt at inclusivity, we don’t want to end up introducing exclusivity,” he said. “You don’t want to end up where this black commencement overshadows the entire commencement of the school. You don’t want to blow away the glory.”
Then Mr. Sibanda remembered how a professor had asked if he wanted to drop a class, when all he wanted was help. “It’s good to be able to take this time for solidarity and identity,” he said, “to celebrate what we’ve achieved.”
EDITOR’S NOTE: It wouldn’t surprise me at all if eventually some of these graduates will complain they were forced to have a separate commencement because they were black.

This was the scene as Israeli women shed their clothes to take part in a 'Slut Walk' demonstration through the streets of Jerusalem.
Hundreds of activists marched through the conservative city to defend women's rights and to protest against sexual harassment.
One protester held up a placard saying 'Don't tell us how to dress, tell men not to rape' while some went topless and wrote slogans on their bodies.
Others stripped down to their underwear for the annual march, which has proved controversial in the past.
Local media reported organisers as saying: 'The word slut is a violent social tool designed to embarrass women and cultivate violence against women.
'So we've claimed this word and taken away society's ability to use it against us.'
The global Slut Walk movement is known for its topless protests demanding respect for women's rights, but a row broke out last year in Israel over the right to bare all.
In previous years a few went topless during the march, organisers said, but in 2016 police tried to force them to cover up.
'No, that means no,' they chanted this year as the marchers, mostly women but also some men, made their way along Jaffa Road and near religiously conservative Ultra-Orthodox Jewish areas such as Mahane Yehuda where women cover up in long robes.
The annual march, held with a police escort, passed off without incident.
Margaret, 23, told AFP she was there to show that 'all women and all men have the right to wear what they want... and that nobody has the right to touch or attack them for that'.
With bleached hair, a boyish haircut and several piercings on her face, 18-year-old Katie said such action was 'very important' in a country like Israel where an ex-president, Moshe Katsav, is serving a seven-year jail term for rape.
Taking part alongside his girlfriend was Erez, sporting a beard and a dress.
Apart from a show of solidarity, he wanted 'to make it loud and clear that the responsibility for sorting out this question lies not with women, but with us, men'.
Unlike Tel Aviv, Israel's liberal city on the Mediterranean, Jerusalem is conservative and home to religiously observant Jews, Muslims and Christians.
In March 2015, a girl was killed and six other people wounded when an Ultra-Orthodox Jew attacked a Gay Pride parade in the Holy City.
The SlutWalk movement was sparked in Canada in 2011 after a police officer caused outrage during a speech to university students by stating that 'women should avoid dressing like sluts in order not to be victimized'.

Statues of Sam Houston and buildings named after him are offensive and painful to all African-Americans

There are statues of Sam Houston in Houston, Huntsville and probably in other parts of Texas as well. A national forest and state park are named in his honor. A state university bears Houston’ name. And there is hardly a school district in the state that does not have a school building named after him. There is a county named after him. And the fourth largest city in the U.S. is, of course, Houston.
Crikey … Houston was a slaveowner, that’s right, he was a slave owner. Crikey! Down with his statues! Change the names of the university and parks that bear his name! Get Houston’s name off of those school buildings! Change the name of Houston County! And by all means change the name of the city of Houston!!
Although Houston strongly opposed slavery for the North, opposed the secession of Texas from the Union and refused to pledge allegiance to the Confederacy, he was nevertheless a slaveowner. When Sam Houston died in 1863, an inventory of his property included "12 slaves valued at $10,530.20."
Honoring a slaveowner is deeply offensive to African-Americans. Slave ownership is a painful reminder of white supremacy. Crikey, we can’t have that!
One of the statues that should come down is that white behemoth of Houston standing alongside I-45, south of Huntsville. What an eyesore!
Another statue that must go is the one of Sam Houston standing in the city of Houston’s Hermann Park. Either that or never clean any of the pigeon shit off of the statue. Houston covered in and obscured by a humongous pile of pigeon shit would be a fitting tribute to a slave owner.
Here are some suggestions for name changes.
Change the name of the city of Houston to Jordan in honor of Barbara Jordan, a very classy black lady, reasonable civil rights activist and astute politician.
Change the name of Sam Houston State University to Sheila Jackson Lee State University. As a former SHSU faculty member, I think it would be appropriate to name the university after someone who never stops mouthing off.
Change the name of the Houston National Forest to Huey P. Newton National Forest in honor of the co-founder of the original Black Panthers. If Beyonce can pay tribute to that group of thugs, robbers and murderers during her Super Bowl performance, then the government should be able to name a national park after Huey.
Speaking of Beyonce, why not change the name of Sam Houston State Park to Beyonce State Park. They could erect a statue of her at the park entrance in one of her sexually-arousing costumes.
And some of the school buildings bearing Houston’s name should be changed to bear the names of such luminaries as Malcom X and Louis Farrakhan. And any football stadiums named after Houston could be named the O.J. Simpson Stadium.
Now if we can only find places to name after those paragons of virtue, the Reverend Jesse Jackson and the Reverent Al Sharpton. Crikey … Did I really say that?
Because we do not want to cause our black citizens any unnecessary pain, we sould remove all reminders of slavery … and that means Sam Houston must go!

And there is hardly a school district in the state that does not have a school building named after him. There is a county named after him. And the fourth largest city in the U.S. is, of course, Houston.
Crikey … Houston was a slaveowner, that’s right, he was a slave owner. Crikey! Down with his statues! Change the names of the university and parks that bear his name! Get Houston’s name off of those school buildings! Change the name of Houston County! And by all means change the name of the city of Houston!!
Although Houston strongly opposed slavery for the North, opposed the secession of Texas from the Union and refused to pledge allegiance to the Confederacy, he was nevertheless a slaveowner. When Sam Houston died in 1863, an inventory of his property included "12 slaves valued at $10,530.20."
Honoring a slaveowner is deeply offensive to African-Americans. Slave ownership is a painful reminder of white supremacy. Crikey, we can’t have that!
One of the statues that should come down is that white behemoth of Houston standing alongside I-45, south of Huntsville. What an eyesore!
Another statue that must go is the one of Sam Houston standing in the city of Houston’s Hermann Park. Either that or never clean any of the pigeon shit off of the statue. Houston covered in and obscured by a humongous pile of pigeon shit would be a fitting tribute to a slave owner.
Here are some suggestions for name changes.
Change the name of the city of Houston to Jordan in honor of Barbara Jordan, a very classy black lady, reasonable civil rights activist and astute politician.
Change the name of Sam Houston State University to Sheila Jackson Lee State University. As a former SHSU faculty member, I think it would be appropriate to name the university after someone who never stops mouthing off.
Change the name of the Houston National Forest to Huey P. Newton National Forest in honor of the co-founder of the original Black Panthers. If Beyonce can pay tribute to that group of thugs, robbers and murderers during her Super Bowl performance, then the government should be able to name a national park after Huey.
Speaking of Beyonce, why not change the name of Sam Houston State Park to Beyonce State Park. They could erect a statue of her at the park entrance in one of her sexually-arousing costumes.
And some of the school buildings bearing Houston’s name should be changed to bear the names of such luminaries as Malcom X and Louis Farrakhan. And any football stadiums named after Houston could be named the O.J. Simpson Stadium.
Now if we can only find places to name after those paragons of virtue, the Reverend Jesse Jackson and the Reverent Al Sharpton. Crikey … Did I really say that?
Because we do not want to cause our black citizens any unnecessary pain, we sould remove all reminders of slavery … and that means Sam Houston must go!
