NIGERIAN MUSLIM CLERIC WITH 130 WIVES DIES AGED 93

Mohammed Bello Abubakar leaves behind his 203 CHILDREN (and some of his wives are still pregnant)

By Fionn Hargreaves | Daily Mail | January 30, 2017

A Muslim cleric, 93, who wed 130 wives died on Saturday, leaving behind more than 200 children.

Mohammed Bello Abubakar died from an unknown illness in Niger State and large crowds turned out for his funeral on Sunday.

It is believed that some of his wives are pregnant.

According to the serial polygamist's personal assistant, the cleric had a premonition of death before he passed.

In 2008 he faced criticism from other Muslim preachers who demanded that he must divorce 82 of his 86 wives within 48 hours.

But Mr Bello said that it was his 'divine' mission to keep marrying.

He tied the knot 130 times, although 10 of his marriages ended in divorce.

He told the BBC in 2008 that he had a god-given ability to control his many wives.

He said: "A man with 10 wives would collapse and die, but my own power is given by Allah. That is why I have been able to control 86 of them.'

Many of his wives said they first came to him to be healed.

One of his wives said she could not reject his proposal because it was a command from God, according to the BBC.

At the time of his arrest, he was described by his family as a good husband and father.

But he urged others not to follow in his footsteps, as he is only able to cope with having nearly 100 wives because of the divine mission he has been given.

EDITOR’S NOTE: Unlike many men his age, Bello’s plumbing apparently worked very well till the end. He must have croaked with a great bug smile on his aged face.

God said, “Be fruitful, and multiply.” 203 children and counting! By God, old Bello must have hauled around a ton of fruit.

CALIFORNIA TO SUSPEND ALL TRAFFIC LAWS

by Bob Walsh

OK, I grant you, that is a slight exaggeration, but only slight. SB405, by Bob Herzberg, Democrat-Socialist from VanNuys, would prohibit the suspension of a drivers license merely due to the fact that the driver declined to pay fines related to traffic offenses for which they had been found guilty.

The (alleged) problem is that poor people can't, or won't, pay traffic fines. It is therefore "unfair" to suspend their drivers licenses merely because they are too poor (or need to spend their money on diapers, or crack, or whatever) on other things rather than paying their traffic fines.

However, this law would only apply to "nonviolent" traffic offenses. As far as I know no traffic offenses are designated as violent by the legislature of the formerly great state of California so, if it is signed in to law, this would essentially wipe out the penalty for violation of any traffic law in California that does not otherwise warrant incarceration.

Damn, doesn't that notion just make you feel all warm and fuzzy?

UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES (MAYBE-PROBABLY)

by Bob Walsh

Something interesting happened over the last couple of days regarding Trump's exclusion order on some primarily Islamic shit-hole terrorist breeding grounds. It may (or may not) be a demonstration of unintended consequences.

It seems that there were a number of people in route from Trump's named shit-hole countries when the order was issued. They had valid visas at the time they took off. They didn't (maybe) when they landed. One of these was the mother of a son serving in the U.S. military.

The perpetually indignant crowd, looking for something to jump on and probably paid by George Soros, began an immediate and fairly large demonstration at JFK airport.

In any event a federal judge issued an order stating that the U.S. can not detain or deport these people. The total number is less than 20 and I don't think that Trump is going to have a hissy fit over it.

The order covers anyone with a valid refugee status application or who had a valid visa when they left whatever shit-hole they left from. IMHO the judge's decision was reasonable and appropriate. I dislike changing the rules in the middle of the game. Changing the rules while a person is actually in flight coming here fits that definition.

This order may, or may not effect people who have not actually got to the U.S. There are allegedly about 173 people with visas who have not yet left their shit-hole of origin and another 100 or so that are at an intermediate stop but have yet to hit the U.S.

EDITOR’S NOTE: One of the consequences concerns green card holders who are legally entitled to be in the U.S., but have been detained or refused reentry into this country.

COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYERS GETTING FUCKED FOR EXERCISING FUCKING ENTITLEMENT

There’s no reason to believe that what happened at Baylor isn’t going on at most universities. Pampered college athletes think they are entitled to fuck any coed, whether she wants to get laid or not. In most instances, coeds practically throw themselves at the athletes, so it is not surprising that the few holdouts get raped.

Baylor is a Baptist institution which prohibited dancing for 151 years until the ban was lifted in 1996. Until 2015, homosexual acts were considered “misuses of God’s gift” along with incest, sexual assault, and adultery. So when a Baylor football player rapes a coed, he is misusing God’s gift. God bless them holier than though Baptists.

NEW BAYLOR LAWSUIT ALLEGES 52 RAPES BY FOOTBALL PLAYERS IN 4 YEARS, ‘SHOW ’EM A GOOD TIME’ CULTURE

By Sarah Mervosh | The Dallas Morning News | January 27, 2017

A Baylor University graduate who says she was raped by football players in 2013 sued the university Friday. Her lawsuit includes an allegation that 31 Baylor football players committed at least 52 acts of rape, including five gang rapes, between 2011 and 2014 — an estimate that far exceeds the number previously provided by school officials.

Those figures could not be independently verified Friday, and Baylor officials declined to comment on their accuracy.

The woman, identified in the suit by the pseudonym Elizabeth Doe, reports being gang raped by then-Baylor football players Tre'Von Armstead and Shamycheal Chatman after a party on April 18, 2013.

Those football players were previously named as suspects in a sexual assault police report related to that date but were not charged. They could not be immediately reached for comment Friday.

The woman, a 2014 graduate of Baylor, is now suing the university for Title IX violations and negligence.

"Our hearts go out to any victims of sexual assault," interim university president David E. Garland said in a statement late Friday. "Any assault involving members of our campus community is reprehensible and inexcusable. Baylor University has taken unprecedented actions that have been well-documented in response to the issue of past and alleged sexual assaults involving our campus community."

John Clune, the Colorado attorney who represents the woman, said he appreciated what Baylor has done to try to fix its sexual assault problem, but "this is one that needed to be filed."

"As hard as the events at Baylor have been for people to hear, what went on there was much worse than has been reported," he said in a statement.

One of the woman's alleged attackers — Chatman — was accused of rape once before, the suit says, but the university failed to intervene. In that case, the suit says, a student athletic trainer reported that Chatman raped her at his off-campus apartment, so the university moved the trainer to a female sports team and agreed to pay for her education in exchange for a non-disclosure agreement.

'Show 'em a good time'

The lawsuit describes a culture of sexual violence under former Baylor football coach Art Briles in which the school implemented a "show 'em a good time" policy that "used sex to sell" the football program to recruits. That included escorting underage recruits to strip clubs and arranging women to have sex with prospective players, the suit alleges.

Former assistant coach Kendal Briles — the son of the head coach — once told a Dallas-area student athlete, "Do you like white women? Because we have a lot of them at Baylor and they love football players," according to the suit.

Investigation by lawyers identified at least 52 "acts of rape," including five gang rapes, by 31 football players in a four-year period. At least two of the gang rapes were committed by 10 or more players at one time, the suit states.

This contrasts with figures Baylor officials have provided based on an investigation by Pennsylvania-based law firm Pepper Hamilton, which looked into how Baylor handled sexual assault on campus. Regents told The Wall Street Journal in October that they were aware of 17 women who reported sexual or domestic assaults involving 19 players, including four alleged gang rapes, since 2011.

Tonya Lewis, a Baylor spokeswoman, declined to answer specific questions about Baylor's knowledge of the prior alleged sexual assault by Chatman or the alleged non-disclosure agreement. She also declined to comment on the scope of the Pepper Hamilton investigation or whether the university stands by the numbers it originally provided.

Clune, who has represented four Baylor survivors, including two who received settlements with the university, defended the thoroughness of his investigation.

"We have no idea how the regents came up with their numbers, but they do not represent the total number of assaults," he said. "I'm not sure that was Pepper's assignment either."

Art Briles' response

Art Briles, the former head football coach who was fired in May in response to the scandal, had no knowledge of the 52 sexual assaults cited in the lawsuit, or of any payoff to a victim to keep quiet, his lawyer Ernest Cannon said.

"Lawyers can say whatever they want to in pleadings," Cannon said. "I haven't seen any facts."

He added that the quote in the lawsuit attributed to his client's son, Kendal Briles, did not "sound like the Kendal that I know." Florida Atlantic University, which recently hired Kendal Briles to be its offensive coordinator, did not respond for a request for comment.

The allegations also were met with push back by a former recruiting chair for the Baylor Bruins, a "hostess" group for prospective athletes visiting campus. Katie Norman tweeted that no one in the Baylor Bruins instructed women to sleep with recruits, and that she was only asked to hang out with them at games.

Lawsuit's allegations

The lawsuit says that Doe originally applied to Baylor, the world's largest Baptist university, because of its Christian-centered approach to education. She enrolled in 2010, with the intention to pursue a degree in medicine and in 2012 joined the Baylor Bruins.

On April 18, 2013, according to the lawsuit, Doe attended a party at the home of former Baylor defensive end Shawn Oakman, who has since been charged with sexual assault in an unrelated incident.

Doe became intoxicated at the party and apparently returned home with Armstead and Chatman. When her roommate's boyfriend arrived later that night, the suit says, he heard "what sounded like wrestling and a fist hitting someone," a loud bang and a woman saying "no."

When the boyfriend asked if everything was OK, one of the men inside yelled that Doe "was fine." Armstead and Chatman then emerged from the room, and the boyfriend saw Doe partially unclothed on the floor. The woman had a bruise on her cheek and a bite mark on her neck, according to the suit.

Doe initially told police she had not been sexually assaulted but later decided to file a report because she woke up with bruises and a feeling in her vaginal area that indicated she had had sex, even though she did not remember.

One of the woman's teammates on the Baylor Bruin group to host prospective athletes instructed Doe to tell police she had "consensual sex with one white male" to protect the athletes, the lawsuit alleges. It cites a Title IX investigation into the incident, which later showed that Chatman had called the Bruin and given her the "assignment."

Doe made a complaint to the Waco Police Department but declined to press charges, records show.

No Baylor investigation

Baylor did not investigate — as required by Title IX, the federal law that instructs universities to proactively protect students from sexual violence and hostility — for more than two years, according to the lawsuit and a report by ESPN.

Meanwhile, Chatman transferred to Sam Houston State, but Armstead remained on campus. The lawsuit states that Doe "walked onto campus in daily fear of running into her rapist and in fact did just that on repeat occasions."

In the fall of 2015, Baylor's newly created Title IX office investigated the woman's complaint. Armstead was dismissed around the same time for a "team rules violation." He was eventually found responsible for the rape and expelled last spring, the lawsuit says.

Armstead has maintained that he did not have sex with the woman, ESPN's Outside The Lines reported in April. The show also reported that Chatman told Baylor officials that the men did have sex with her.

Lewis, the university spokeswoman, confirmed that Armstead and Chatman are no longer enrolled at the university.

‘GO AHEAD AND DO IT’

Michigan prison inmate who committed suicide was egged on by guards

By John Hogan | Detroit Free Press | January 27, 2017

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The family of an Alma man who hanged himself after prison guards allegedly egged him on with ‘go ahead and do it,’ has filed a federal lawsuit against the Michigan Department of Corrections and several employees.

The family of Jeremy Alan Garza says he told corrections officers at Marquette Branch Prison in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula that he was going to kill himself. Staff started to laugh and told Garza “go ahead and do it,’’ according to the lawsuit filed this week in U.S. District Court in Grand Rapids.

Garza was found late the morning of April 10, 2014 hanging in his cell. He was pronounced dead 40 minutes later. The hanging occurred about a half-hour after he told prison guards of his suicidal intent, according to the lawsuit.

It accuses the state of “deliberate indifference’’ and failing to adequately train and supervise prison employees.

It also accuses state officials of not providing mental health treatment for inmates at Marquette Branch Prison. Staff routinely ignored “suicidal ideation statements’’ similar to those made by Garza, the lawsuit contends.

The lawsuit seeks more than $75,000 in damages. Officials with the state Department of Corrections were not immediately available for comment on Thursday.

A Gratiot County judge in Nov. 2012 sentenced Garza to between 2½ and 20 years in prison for breaking and entering. He was arrested that spring after police found him stuck in the ductwork of a Family Fare grocery store in Alma. He was on parole at the time for another break-in.

Suicidal inmates such as Garza are not supervised “when it was obvious that such a prisoner needed constant supervision,’’ attorney S. Jay Ahmad wrote in the 14-page complaint.

On the morning of his death, Garza, 32, was visited by his mother, who stayed for two hours, according to the lawsuit. When he returned to his cell about 10:30 a.m., Garza saw five prison employees “removing personal items from his cell for no apparent reason.’’

He asked the corrections officers to leave his stuff alone, “but they refused and gave no explanation as to why they were removing his belongings,’’ the complaint states.

That is when Garza told corrections officers he was going to kill himself. Garza at the time suffered from a psychiatric condition prison staff “failed to treat properly,’’ the lawsuit claims.

TEXANS ARE KNOWN FOR THEIR TALL TALES AND THIS ONE COULD TURN OUT TO BE A DOUBLE WHOPPER

Anyone who believes what this guy says must still believe in the tooth fairy. The Houston Chronicle did an expose on Greg Phillips several years ago which revealed that he used his state positions in Mississippi and Texas to set up some shady business deals. So, when all is said and done, his election fraud claims will probably turn out to have been a double whopper.

True the Vote, a Houston-based group with close ties to the Tea Party, has in the past charged that elections in Wisconsin, Ohio and Florida were beset with considerable voter fraud, but investigations failed to back up those charges. The group has been accused of intimidating African-American voters. True the Vote, which makes no secret that it focuses on voter fraud by Democrats, says it has been harassed by Obama’s IRS.

TRUMP SAYS TEXAN IS SOURCE FOR UNSUPPORTED VOTER FRAUD CLAIM

By Alex Samuels | The Texas Tribune | January 27, 2017

President Donald Trump said in a tweet Friday that the source behind his voter fraud claim is Gregg Phillips, a former Texas official with the Health and Human Services Commission.

“Look forward to seeing final results of VoteStand,” Trump tweeted Friday morning. “Gregg Phillips and crew say at least 3,000,000 votes were illegal. We must do better!”

Weeks after his November win, Trump tweeted that “millions” of people had voted illegally, which he said cost him the popular vote. Phillips, who appeared to have been the initial source of Trump’s claim, said that his Texas-based watchdog organization, True the Vote, had verified more than 3 million “non-citizens” who voted in the presidential race and was planning legal action. VoteStand is True the Vote's election fraud reporting app.

Phillips responded to Trump on Twitter on Friday: "Thank you Mr. President."

"Catherine Engelbrecht and .@TrueTheVote will lead the analysis and reporting effort from here. .@realDonaldTrump," Phillips added, referring to the president of True the Vote.

An hour before Trump’s tweet, Phillips had a combative interview on CNN, during which he claimed to have proof that 3 million people voted illegally in the November election, but refused to provide it. Phillips has repeatedly declined to show evidence of his claim to the media.

"We're talking about accusing 3 million people of multiple felonies," Phillips said to CNN host Chris Cuomo. "If we jumped out there with just our initial analysis, rather than refining it and quality checking it, we'd be out there potentially accusing some people who really aren't committing felonies of felonies."

During the interview, Phillips said he and his team use a database of voting records, and that it would take "another few months" to get everything done.

“We’ve augmented that database with everything from geocoding, to all sorts of identifying information,” Phillips added. “We’ve developed algorithms that first allow us to verify identity, we can verify residency, we can verify citizenship, felon status, and all of the other factors that go into making a legal, registered voter.”

On Thursday, True the Vote sent out a fundraising email saying it had “already initiated a comprehensive forensic audit of the 2016 Presidential election.”

Its focus, according to the email, “will include, but not be limited to, non-citizen voting, falsification of identity, double voting, mail-in ballot fraud, votes cast in the name of dead voters, and federal registration flaws.”

Following the election, the group issued a statement saying it “absolutely supports President-elect Trump's recent comment about the impact of illegal voting, as reflected in the national popular vote."

After assuming the presidency, Trump said that he intended to issue an executive order initiating an investigation into the alleged voter fraud claim. White House officials said Thursday that Trump would issue the order Friday or Saturday.

"I will be asking for a major investigation into VOTER FRAUD, including those registered to vote in two states, those who are illegal and ... even, those registered to vote who are dead (and many for a long time). Depending on results, we will strengthen up voting procedures!" Trump wrote in two consecutive tweets Wednesday morning.

FELONY STUPID OR ONLY MISDEMEANOR STUPID?

by Bob Walsh

Payal Modi is a teacher at the W. H. Adamson High School in the Dallas school system. There is an interesting eight-second video that she posted on the internet. It shows her shooting a water pistol at an image of Donald Trump projected on a white board in a classroom. She was yelling "DIE, DIE, DIE" while she was doing that. You could hear laughing in the background.

Ms. Modi, an art teacher, is currently on administrative leave pending further investigation. The school district has declined further comment.

I can't help but think that if this was a year ago and the target had been an image of Obama she would be in federal custody right now getting a cavity search.

I wonder if she will still be employed in a month? What do you think Howie?

EDITOR'S NOTE: Will sh still be employed in a month? Probably. After all, she is a member of the EIU - the Educated Idiots Union.

WALKER, TEXAS RANGER IS STILL ALIVE AND KICKING

RECURRING DIARRHEA OF THE MOUTH

Trump’s claim that 3-5 million illegal votes were cast for Hillary - thus costing him the popular vote - is a lot of shit

BarkGrowlBite | January 27, 2017

"You have people that are registered, who are dead, who are illegals who are in two states. You have people registered in two states. They're registered in a New York and a New Jersey. They vote twice. There are millions of votes, in my opinion."

That’s what Donald Trump told ABC’s David Muir when questioned about the claim he made to a bipartisan group of congressional leaders that he lost the popular vote because 3-5 million illegal ballots were cast for Hillary.

Trump is damaging his credibility. His past tweets and this outlandish voter fraud claim show that he is suffering from recurring diarrhea of the mouth. Trump’s claim that 3-5 million illegal votes were cast for Hillary - thus costing him the popular vote - is a lot of shit.

Of course there is some voter fraud in almost every election. I’m sure there were the usual dead people voting for Hillary in Chicago and the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. And I’m sure some people cast multiple votes. And I’m also sure that some illegal immigrants cast their votes for Clinton. But 3-5 million illegal votes, that is absolutely ridiculous.

As for the illegal voting by illegal immigrants, their numbers will be miniscule. While Latinos did vote in record numbers, you usually have to drag them kicking and screaming to the polls - and those are U.S. citizens. So, what makes anyone but a lunatic think that a significant number of illegals went to the polls?

I like what Trump has done since he assumed the Office of President. He is funding the wall he promised to build along our border with Mexico. He has ordered the hiring of an additional 5,000 Border Patrol agents. He will withhold government funding for sanctuary cities. He has taken steps to dismantle Obamacare. He has restored construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline and the Keystone XL Pipeline. He has ordered a government hiring freeze with the exception of the military. He has withdrawn the United States from the Trans-Pacific Partnership. And, of course, I like it that Trump is halting Obama’s last minute transfer of $221 million to the Palestinian Authority.

Now Trump wants an investigation into his proclaimed massive voter fraud. That investigation will uncover some voter fraud. Yes, a number of dead people voted and a number of people voted more than once. And even if a substantial number of illegals voted, the total number of fraudulent ballots cast will only number in the thousands, not in the millions. Thus the investigation will turn out to be a waste of taxpayer money.

If there were only some medication Trump could take to stop his recurring diarrhea of the mouth.

Oh by the way, there is proof that some people are registered to vote in two states. Trump’s daughter Tiffany was registered in both Pennsylvania and New York. And White House strategist Steve Bannon was registered in both Florida and New York. Neither voted twice - Tiffany and Bannon cast their ballots in New York. Then there is his Senior Adviser and son-in-law Jared Kushner who is registered in both New Jersey and New York. And Steven Mnuchin, Trump’s nominee for Treasury Secretary, is registered to vote in both California and New York.

NONE OF THE ABOVE

by Bob Walsh

The formerly great state of California has an interesting legislature. There is now floating around the system a bill that would mandate that the DMV have a category of "NON-BINARY" for gender on drivers licenses.

I can foresee situations in which that could be.....amusing.

EDITOR'S NOTE: Amusing? Disgusting is more like it. While they're at it, why don't they stamp "MAY USE RESTROOM OF CHOICE" on the face of the license.

SAN DIEGO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT FORCED TO PEE IN BUCKET AWARDED $1.25 MILLION IN LAWSUIT

Student wins lawsuit against the San Diego Unified School District for being forced to pee in a bucket after her teacher denied her a bathroom break

By Maureen Magee | The San Diego Union-Tribune | January 25, 2017

The San Diego Unified School District has been ordered to pay more than $1.25 million in damages to a former student forced to urinate in a bucket after her request for a bathroom break was denied.

A Superior Court jury on Wednesday decided in favor of the former Patrick Henry High School student who sued the district and a teacher over the 2012 incident she said fueled gossip, lewd texts, depression and a suicide attempt.

San Diego Unified denied her initial claim seeking $25,000.

“Something like this never should have happened to a 14-year-old girl just entering high school,” said attorney Brian Watkins. “She took the stand and told a really embarrassing story, she told the jury how this has affected her life and how she is still working through issues.”

On Feb. 22, 2012, the student told a classmate in a 25-minute advisory class she urgently needed to use the bathroom but was afraid the teacher wouldn’t give her a pass. Believing it was against school rules, teacher Gonja Wolf rejected the student’s request and instead showed her to a supply room adjacent to the classroom where she could privately urinate in a bucket and dump the contents in a sink.

The school district called the verdict disappointing.

“We, of course, are disappointed and will be considering in the next few weeks whether or not to appeal,” said district spokeswoman Shari Winet.

Lawyers for San Diego Unified and the teacher said in court Wolf never intended to embarrass the girl, rather the teacher thought she had found a solution to what she mistakenly thought was a strict no-bathroom-break policy.

In a “lapse of judgment, she thought that was a good idea,” Katheryn Martin, an attorney representing the district, said in opening statements.

New to the campus at the time, 25-minute advisory classes were intended to provide study time and build relationships among students. Although teachers were told the short periods would be undermined by frequent bathroom breaks, the school expected them to use common sense, San Diego Unified attorneys told the jury and Superior Court Judge Katherine Bacal during the trial.

But Wolf, an art teacher, took a strict interpretation of the rule, and had recently purchased a bucket to serve as a make-shift toilet in the case of a security lock-down. The teacher had even urinated in the bucket a couple of times herself while working late at school, her attorney, Fern Steiner, told the jury.

Once the Patrick Henry administration found out about the incident, the popular teacher with no record of discipline was put on paid administrative leave and never returned to campus.

The school also made clear to teachers that students should not be denied bathroom trips. Administrators apologized to the girl and her mother and extended offers of assistance, attorneys told the court.

But once word of the incident got out, the girl was mercilessly teased and forced to transfer schools twice, attorney Watkins said. Widespread media coverage of the incident — that included television news crews showing up at her home and school — scared the girl, who ultimately attempted suicide, he said.

The jury awarded the girl $1.25 million in damages and $41,000 to cover past and current medical expenses. The girl, who is now 19, went on to earn a diploma from a charter school. She has a job, and is still in therapy due to post-traumatic stress caused by the incident, Watkins said.

“She is very happy she was able to have her voice heard,” Watkins said of his client. “I’ve been doing this for 20 years and this was one of the more peculiar cases I’ve had. The jury was fair and reasonable.”

LET MY PEOPLE GO

‘Calexit,’ here we come? A third of Californians back secession in new poll

By Alexei Koseff | The Sacramento Bee | January 23, 2017

Nearly one in three Californians supports withdrawing from the United States, according to a new Reuters/Ipsos poll – a highly unlikely scenario that could nonetheless come before Golden State voters in the 2018 election.

The national survey, released on Monday, found 32 percent of California respondents inclined toward secession, a dramatic increase from the last time Reuters asked in 2014, when 20 percent favored the idea. That’s also significantly higher than the average support among all states of 22 percent, which has dropped two percentage points since 2014.

Why do so many Californians suddenly want to form their own country? Perhaps the election of President Donald Trump, who suffered a historic loss here in November.

The overwhelmingly Democratic state politicians have been defiant, already vowing legal challenges to Trump administration programs that conflict with California policies. As many as 1.2 million people are estimated to have participated in anti-Trump protests across the state on Saturday.

A secessionist group called Yes California is trying to capitalize on that sentiment by pursuing a 2018 ballot measure that would start the process of breaking away from the United States, which they have dubbed “Calexit.”

But the plan is a longshot: Even if Californians approve the initiative affirming their desire to secede, they would likely need two-thirds of Congress and three-quarters of states to pass an amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

EDITOR’S NOTE: By all means, let the Kookfornians go!

DONALD TRUMP IS A DANGEROUS MAN

by Bob Walsh

Yes, it is true. Donald Trump is one dangerous, crazy sonofabitch. He is actually DOING the shit he promised he would do while running for president.

He has already reversed several of the God-King's executive orders. He has directed to state department to stop the issuance of routine visa to places like Yemen, Somalia, Iraq, Iran and other goat-fucker havens. He has put a 120 day hold on the refugee program from Syria pending review of the program. (Legit religious minorities with solid claims of persecution will still be processed.)

He is pushing for a federal level investigation of voter fraud. (You know the Democrat-Socialists are going to go apeshit over that.)

He has also signed an executive order to begin construction of the border wall. Clearly that can not go very far without a major funding bill from congress, but the man is not sitting on his hands.

He is also moving towards jerking federal funds from recognized "sanctuary cities." These include New York, Los Angels, Chicago, Philadelphia, Boston, Denver, San Francisco and Seattle.

Yes, it looks like Trump is planning, at least so far, to actually do much of the stuff he said he was going to do. He might not pull it off, but he seems to be willing to give it a serious try. That makes him a very dangerous man indeed.

LETTER FROM A FARM KID WHO HAS JOINED THE MARINES

Marine Corps Recruit Depot
Parris Island, South Carolina

January 26, 2017

Dear Ma and Pa,

I am well. Hope you are. Tell Brother Walt and Brother Elmer the Marine Corps beats working for old man Minch by a mile. Tell them to join up quick before all of the places are filled.

I was restless at first because you get to stay in bed till nearly 6 a.m. But I am getting so I like to sleep late. Tell Walt and Elmer all you do before breakfast is smooth your cot and shine some things. No hogs to slop, feed to pitch, mash to mix, wood to split, fire to lay. Practically nothing.

Men got to shave but it is not so bad, there's warm water. Breakfast is strong on trimmings like fruit juice, cereal, eggs, bacon, etc., but kind of weak on chops, potatoes, ham, steak, fried eggplant, pie, and other regular food, but tell Walt and Elmer you can always sit by the two city boys that live on coffee. Their food, plus yours, holds you until noon when you get fed again. It's no wonder these city boys can't walk much.

We go on 'route marches,' which the platoon sergeant says are long walks to harden us. If he thinks so, it's not my place to tell him different. A 'route march' is about as far as to our mailbox at home. Then the city guys get sore feet and we all ride back in trucks.

The sergeant is like a school teacher. He nags a lot. The Captain is like the school board. Majors and colonels just ride around and frown. They don't bother you none.

This next will kill Walt and Elmer with laughing... I keep getting medals for good shooting. I don't know why. The bulls-eye is near as big as a chipmunk head and don't move, and it ain't shooting at you like the Higgett boys at home. All you got to do is lie there all comfortable and hit it. You don't even load your own cartridges. They come in boxes.

Then we have what they call hand-to-hand combat training. You get to wrestle with them city boys. I have to be careful though, they break real easy. It ain't like wrestling with that ole bull at home. I'm about the best they got in this except for that Tug Jordan from over in Silver Lake. I only beat him once. He joined up the same time as me, but I'm only 5'6' and 130 pounds, and he's 6'8' and near 300 pounds dry.

Be sure to tell Walt and Elmer to hurry and join before other fellers get onto this setup and come stampeding in.

Your loving daughter,
Alice

ALCACUZ INMATES BARBEQUE HUMAN FLESH SPARKING CANNABALISM FEARS IN 10-DAY BRZILIAN PRISON RIOT

Inmates at a Brazilian prison rocked by infighting between drugs gangs have boasted about having a barbecue with human flesh

By Nicole Morley | Metro | January 24, 2017

Prisoners gloated as they showed off pieces of meat on a skewer over a bonfire and claimed they were toasting the remains of a rival.

The video, recorded as a 10-day riot gripped Alcacuz Prison in the north eastern city of Natal, where at least 26 inmates have been killed.

The bodies of some prisoners have been returned to their loved ones with their heads missing after they were decapitated.

Only 22 victims of the violence had been identified by Monday, with forensic experts still trying to determine who two heads, a forearm, an arm and a leg removed from the prison grounds belonged to.

No footage of the inmates eating members of rival gangs has emerged, and authorities said they had no concrete evidence to confirm cannibalism had taken place.

Elite military police are expected to move into Alcacuz shortly to help jail guards take inmates back to their cells and finally restore full order.

The prisoners filmed preparing their barbecue were said to belong to an Amazon drug gang called the Family of the North and a Rio de Janeiro-based drugs gang called the Red Command.

The man whose meat they claimed to be barbecuing was said to be a member of the Sao Paulo-based PCC or First Capital Command which kept the peace for years with the Red Command before their loose alliance fell apart last year and resulted in a spate of prison killings.

One of the bare-chested inmates pictured in the video, who made no attempt to hide his face, shouted out repeatedly: ‘Churrasco do PCC’ – Portuguese for PCC Steak.

Another prisoner, who was brandishing a machete-style knife and had several front teeth missing, said: ‘This is only the beginning.’

Last week it was reported grim prison massacre snuff videos showing corpses and severed heads on the ground during a prison riot in Manaus on January 1, were being sold for the equivalent of 75p on the streets of the northern city in the state of Amazonas.

Separate footage, believed to have been compiled by prison gang members, showed them holding up human hearts in front of a camera.

About 60 inmates were killed in Manaus, sparking a deadly wave of violence that included the riots in Natal and another at a prison in Roraima state on January 6 that claimed the lives of more than 30 people.

Prisoners at Alcacuz jail, where eyewitnesses have said they saw prisoners making a bonfire out of human heads, were still on the loose between prison blocks yesterday.

The violence has been blamed on a war between drug gangs battling for control of the cocaine trade in Brazil, which is a key trafficking route to Europe.

The North Family controls a lucrative cocaine route along the Solimoes, a branch of the Amazon that flows from Colombia and Peru, the world’s top two cocaine-producing nations.

For two decades, the two factions have maintained a working relationship, ensuring a steady flow of drugs and arms over Brazil’s porous border. But about six months ago, the PCC began trying to muscle the Red Command out of key drug routes.

SOME OF THIS TEACHER’S STUDENTS GOT LUCKY AND SHOULD NOW BELIEVE ALLAH AKBAR

Teacher who repeatedly sexted students then performed sex acts on them blames her strict religious Muslim upbringing for making her too repressed

By Simon Holmes | Daily Mail | January 24, 2017

A high-school teacher who was jailed for performing sex acts on her underage pupils has blamed her strict religious upbringing for her crimes.

Linda Hardan, from Prospect Park in, New Jersey, was jailed to three years in prison yesterday after sending scores of sexually explicit text messages to pupils, aged 14 to 16 years-old in 2014, and then engaging in sex acts with them.

Her defense lawyer, Alissa Hascup, said the Muslim woman was driven in part to commit the offences due to her orthodox upbringing, and suggested that she be treated by a therapist as oppose to serving time in prison.

Hardan, 22, had pleaded guilty in a deal with the Prosecutor's Office that had called for a five-year prison sentence.

However Passaic County Superior Court Judge Miguel de la Carrera found enough mitigating factors to depart from the plea deal and impose a three-year sentence on the substitute teacher acknowledging the impact of her formative years on her mental development.

'She had classmates and friends, but somehow, perhaps because of limitations on her dating life, she didn't find the proper outlet among males of her own age,' he said.

'She did not learn how to interact with guys her age, 'the judge continued.

In one case Hardan, who taught at Manchester Regional High School, sent 40 selfies of herself 'in varying states of undress' to a 14-year-old who she then drove him to a waterfall and gave him oral sex.

The prosecutor said the boy was 'so upset, so disgusted that he got out of the car and walked home' two miles away.

Another student, 16, was so traumatized by Hardan's actions that he dropped out of school and never returned, said prosecutor Gyselle Da Silva.

Hardan, who also admitted sexting another 16-year-old, wept quietly as relatives said she was 'the foundation, the rock' of her family and pleaded on Monday for her to be spared jail.

She will be eligible for parole after a year but will be under strict supervisory probation for the rest of her life, the judge said.

De la Carrera said his sentencing options were limited by statute. 'There might be a wish for the law to be more nuanced, a wish that the law might be different, but it's not,' he said.

The judge dismissed Hardan's request that her sentence be delayed until she finishes her studies at Passaic County Community College in May.

He said that she will be better positioned to resume her studies when the prison sentence is behind her.

EDITOR’S NOTE: What a con job. Under Sharia law, her family would be justified in murdering her because she dishonored them.

“The boy was 'so upset, so disgusted that he got out of the car and walked home' two miles away.” And “Another student, 16, was so traumatized by Hardan's actions that he dropped out of school and never returned.” The only explanation for this is that these two boys were gay.

ONE WAY OF GETTING SOMEONE’S EAR DURING ARGUMENT OVER TRUMP

Man bites an EAR off another man during argument about Trump in Pittsburgh

Associate Press | January 23, 2017

A man bit the ear off another man in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as they argued about President Donald Trump, police say.

The victim was bitten at his apartment in the city's East Liberty neighborhood after a verbal argument turned physical, police said in a news release.

Authorities said that they responded to a Baum Boulevard gas station around 6.45am Monday.

According to police, 'Officers located a 30-year-old male victim who had been assaulted at his apartment in the 300 block of Amber Street by a known male actor.

'According to the investigation, the victim and actor were arguing about President Donald Trump.

'The argument turned physical and the actor bit the victim's right ear off. The victim ran to a nearby gas station to seek help.'

Police spokeswoman Emily Schaffer says she isn't able to say whether the victim supported Trump or opposed him.

The victim's ear was recovered by police in the apartment.

Police say he was taken to UPMC Presbyterian hospital in stable condition.

Police say they know who bit the man's ear and are searching for him. They wouldn't give his name.

HOOKING UP AT YOUR KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTY

by Bob Walsh

Jaimie Ayer, 40, of Bradenton, Florida, is in moderately serious doodoo right now. On December 23 she hosted a birthday party for a pack of high school students, friends of her own child. She apparently decided that she was seriously horny, or maybe seriously stupid, or seriously drunk, or all of the above. In any case she supplied some booze and did some pelvis pounding with five of the young men at the party, ages 16 and 17.

She is now facing a total of seven counts of unlawful sexual activity with the young men, who are in fact minors and therefore victims under the law, though I suspect at the time they did not consider themselves to be so.

CHEERS AS ANTI-TRUMP BITCH THROWN OFF PLANE

Passengers rejoice as woman who berated Trump supporter for 'putting that man's finger on the nuclear button' is thrown off plane

By Clemence Michallon | Daily Mail | January 23, 2016

Passengers clapped and cheered when a woman was taken off an airplane after challenging a Trump supporter.

Footage shared online Saturday shows the woman telling a flight attendant she would like the man next to her to change seats, before telling the man: 'You pretend you have the moral high ground but you put that man's finger on the nuclear button.'

An employee on the plane can then be seen telling her she will have to leave the aircraft. The woman tries to say that she will be quiet and that she is traveling with her husband because her husband's mother has died - to no avail.

Another video shows the woman being escorted off the plane by a police officer as passengers rejoice.

The poster, identified on Facebook as Scott Koteskey, shared the video Saturday, the day after the inauguration, recounting what he called his 'craziest experience ever on an airplane'.

He said he was the man in the video who told a flight attendant the situation began when he said he had come to celebrate.

'Is there going to be a problem?' the flight attendant asks.

The woman tells the flight attendant she would like him to change seats.

'Well, you don't have that right,' the flight attendant replies, adding that she will get someone else.

Meanwhile the woman talks to the man, telling him, 'You put that man's finger on the nuclear button' and adding: 'That man doesn't believe in climate change. Do you believe in gravity? Did you know gravity's just a theory?'

Another member of staff arrives and tells the woman she is going to have to leave the plane.

'I'm going home now. My mother-in-law - his mother died,' the woman says, pointing to her husband.

But the employee insists that she and her husband have to get off the aircraft.

Another video shared Saturday by Koteskey shows the woman being taken off the plane, followed by a police officer.

Other passengers can be heard clapping and cheering, with one of them chanting: 'USA!'

WILBUR ROSS PROMISES TO BRING BACK THOUSANDS OF JOBS LOST WHEN U.S. COMPANIES TURNED TO INDIAN AND FILIPINO CALL CENTERS

Trump’s Secretary of Commerce nominee said the government intends to put the offshore call centers out of business by paying America’s tech companies and other businesses to offer crash training courses to unemployed Americans

During his Senate confirmation hearing on Thursday, Trump’s pick for Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross said he will bring back the thousands of jobs lost when American companies outsourced those jobs to call centers in India and the Philippines.

Ross said that in addition to dealing with illegal immigration, saving and bringing back American jobs would be one of the Trump administration’s highest priorities.

According to Ross, there are dozens of call centers in India and nearly as many in the Philippines, each employing hundreds of local people answering questions posed by Americans. “We intend to put those offshore call centers out of business and bring those jobs back to this country. And that will be thousands of jobs.”

An irate Sen. Bernie Sanders said, “Wilbur, don’t bullshit us! Where are you going to find Americans qualified to fill those jobs. Our high school graduates can barely read and write. They don’t have the technical wherewithal to answer any of those questions and college graduates are sure as hell not going to take a low-paying job in a call center.

Ross said the government would pay America’s tech companies and other businesses to offer crash training courses to unemployed Americans.

A combative Sen. Elizabeth Warren said she would rather see some of the 11 million undocumented workers get that training. “At least that way they can get better jobs than mowing lawns or working in car washes.”

Ross replied, “Well that’s not exactly what Mr. Trump has in mind for fixing the illegal immigration problem.”

At that point the committee recessed for lunch.

‘OLD DOG STICKING TO HIS OLD TRICKS!’

Internet calls out Bill Clinton for 'checking out Ivanka Trump' - until he got busted by Hillary

Daily Mail | January 20, 2017

It was not the day his wife would become president after all, but it seems Bill Clinton still plenty enjoyed himself at the inauguration.

The former president was captured on camera supposedly ogling Ivanka Trump as she arrived at ceremony on Friday.

Clinton seemed to bite down on his lip with approval and then muttered something as he intently watched from the podium at the Capitol.

But it wasn’t just the cameras who caught Bill.

Hillary was laughing alongside Michelle Obama when she suddenly noticed that her husband wasn’t watching what was happening on stage.

She turned around and gave Clinton a long disapproving stare as she waited for him to notice that he had been caught red-handed.

Clinton finally moved his head an inch as if to just barely acknowledge her.

Hillary then narrowed her eyes and turned back to the stage like a woman who had seen it all before.

Many on Twitter claimed Clinton was staring at Ivanka, and were quick to fire both jokes and criticism at the former President over the moment. It is impossible to independently verify from the video.

'Find someone who looks at you the same way Bill Clinton looks at Ivanka Trump,' one Twitter user wrote.

'I want someone who looks at me the way Bill Clinton looks at women who aren't his wife,' another added.

One user called it a 'fitting ending' to the Clinton's legacy, noting of course the fact that Clinton famously slept with intern Monica Lewinsky while president in 1998.

Others called Clinton a creep for his ogling ways.

'Old dog sticking to his old tricks!' wrote one user while another simply said, 'Come on Bill'.

'Bill Clinton ain't nothing but a hound dog,' another added, referencing the famous Elvis Presley song.

The only blue dress to be found at the ceremony was on Melania, with Ivanka instead taking a page from Hillary's playbook and wearing a white pantsuit.

Trump's eldest daughter matched the former Secretary of State as both donned suffragette white for the swearing in ceremony.

But, if Twitter is to be believed, only one of them caught Bill's eye.

CLINTON CRIME FAMILY FOLDING UP PRIMARY INCOME STREAM

by Bob Walsh

Yes, it is sad but true. The Clinton Crime Family Global Initiative has recently informed the New York authorities that it is folding up and sacking it's 22 staff members.

In actual practice what the Clinton Global Initiative and Clinton Family Foundation did was sell access and political favors to people, organizations and governments to people who made donations and hired Bill Clinton to give mediocre speeches at very high cost or serve as a "consultant" to them. Unfortunately, like any other whore house, it doesn't work well when you don't have anyone to whore. Since Hillary's worth just went from very high to less than zero five weeks ago they have discovered that very few people are interesting in giving them a buttload of cash. Damn shame.

It also seems that the state of New York is "concerned" with the various family "charities" neglecting certain legally required paperwork on a long-term basis.

It would sure be nice if the Trump justice department were to take an actual, hard look at this in-your-face pay-to-play scheme. I am not betting that will happen, but it sure would be nice.

ABOUT MY RECENT TRIP

BarkGrowlBite | January 18, 2017

BarkGrowlBite is back from my Christmas-New Year’s trip to the Philippines where I experienced the thrill of a lifetime. I managed to get a private meeting with that nation’s president.

While touring the capital, I went up to the main gate of Malacañan Palace. I identified myself to a guard as a former American narcotics officer and founder of the Texas Narcotics Officers Association and asked him if it was possible to meet Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte. After a moment he asked for my passport and told me to wait. About 20 minutes later he returned and told me to follow him.

To my amazement I was ushered into the president’s office. President Duterte greeted me with open arms. He took me outdoors to a veranda where we talked for about half-an-hour. He offered me a Cuban cigar and we had a couple of San Miguel beers.

We talked about the drug problem differences between our respective countries. I complimented him for his zero tolerance policy, even though that has resulted in the extrajudicial killings of more than 6,000 Filipino drug users and dealers since he took office last April. President Dutertr said he was determined not to let the Philippines become a nation of drug users like the U.S. I also told him he need not apologize for calling President Obama a "son-of-a-bitch," adding that most American cops agree with him.

There was only an interpreter with us, but we didn’t need him as President Duterte spoke and understood English pretty well.

Near the end of our chitchat, the president made a phone call. A few minutes later, a soldier came out carrying a small wooden box. I was almost floored when the president awarded me the Philippine Medal of Justice. Wow, diid my head ever swell up.

As I left, proudly wearing my Medal of Justice, President Duterte told me that any time I was in the Philippines, I was welcome to come by and visit him. Of course, I thanked him for his gracious hospitality and for awarding me the medal.

When I got to the palace gate, the guard returned my passport. As I noted, this meeting was the thrill of a lifetime.

Now on to other aspects of my trip. The Filipinos sure know how to celebrate New Year’s. More than 200 houses burned to the ground in Cebu City when they were set ablaze by fireworks. The Filipinos started setting off firecrackers the day before Christmas and did not stop until after New Year’s Day. Well, at least they did not fire guns in the air like the idiots in Houston do.

I attended a New Year’s Eve party at the same small resort where my dear friends Bert and Jingjing got married. The resort is within walking distance of their home. The celebrants were mostly Germans and their Filipino wives or girlfriends. The resort charged 1,250 pesos ($25) for the party. For that you got a buffet dinner and all the beer and wine you could drink.

The resort put on some good entertainment. It started out with a small band whose singer performed in English. He was pretty good. Then came a musical stage show featuring part of "The West Side Story,” and progressing to “the Lion King,” complete with those stilted giraffes and the zebras. After the show, I went to the restroom where, to my surprise, I saw that all the performers were teenagers. They had really put on a good show.

Then a dance band took over. Its lead singer was a swell-looking chick who was really good in belting out a bunch of songs. For 25 bucks, that was a great way to ring in the New Year.

On New Year’s Day, Bert, Jingjing and I just spent the day recuperating from all the beer we drank at the party.

Speaking of Jingjing, her family lives on Mindanao Island where a Moro rebellion has been going on since, it seems like forever, despite stinging defeats by the American military during the early 1900s when our soldiers exploited Muslim taboos by wrapping dead Moros in pig's skin and stuffing their mouths with pork. Her family’s farm and plantation gets raided by Moro militia units from time to time. The Moros take all the food they can carry off and extort protection money from Jingjing’s family. Occasionally they can hear the rat-tat-tat of gunfire in the distance.

During my visit, Bert and I went to the market in a nearby town. I had also been there in 2015 wehen he and Jingjing got married. The place is jam-packed with people. They sell live pigs, goats and fowl there, as well as clothing and cheap jewelry. There is also a watch repairman. Stall after stall sells pork and chicken, strips of which are hung from clothes lines. There are also stalls that display piles of fish for sale. The flies were having a feast and the stench is, to put it mildly, gut wrenching.

Bert, Jingjing and I also had dinner twice at a small bar and restaurant owned by a German butcher. His Filipino wife cooked us a couple of great German meals. Of course we also drank some San Miguel beers and the butcher served us several shots of Jägermeister schnapps. Man, that Jägermeister made my ears ring. (The first thing I did after I got back home was to buy a bottle, take it over to my sick friend Lew, and have a shot with him.)

Getting around Cebu Island is a thrill in itself. Everyone uses the main highway to get around – buses, 18-wheelers, pedicabs, motorcycles, cars, pedicabs, bicycles, pedestrians and more pedicabs. The pedicabs are either motorized or operated by some poor soul pedaling away.

Riding in the back of a pedicab is a hair-raising experience. There’s nothing like having a big bus come up and almost touch your feet. Since Filipinos tend to be small, my butt was cramped into a small seat.

Everyone drives along blowing their horns, not to tell some dickhead to get out of the way, but rather to warn the pedicab drivers and pedestrians that they are about to be passed, usually on the wrong side of the road. With everyone dodging from one side to the other, it’s amazing that there are few head-on collisions.

By contrast, back home in Houston you’re liable to get shot if you blow your car horn at some irate NRA member who believes he should be free to use the roadway without the annoyance of having another driver blow a horn at him.

The hospitality shown me by Bert and Jingjing was second to none. I was treated like family. It’s winter in the Philippines, but the heat and high humidity was stifling. So it was good to get back to the good old USA. Unfortunately, a couple of days after my return, I came down with a bad cold. I’m still suffering from the damn thing and feel like shit. I believe I must have caught it on the plane coming back. I'm glad I got to have that shot of Jägermeister with Lew before I myself got sick.

One final note. Of course I did not get to meet with President Duterte. I was just having some fun bullshitting all of you. Had I met with the president though, I would have praised him for his no-nonsense, take-no-prisoners anti-drug policy.

A SHAMEFUL MASSACRE OF APACHE WOMEN AND CHILDREN, AND THE USUAL BROKEN PROMISES

As the nation celebrates Martin Luther King Day, it seems to me that we not only look at the way blacks were historically mistreated, but that we pause to remember how white men mistreated America’s Indians to a much greater extent.

From “Shadows at Dawn”
By Karl Jacoby

At dawn on April 30, 1871, an informal army of Arizona citizens surrounded and attacked a peaceful Apache camp. Most of the Apache men were off hunting in the mountains. In what became known as the Camp Grant Massacre, a total of 144 of those in the camp were killed and mutilated, nearly all of them scalped. All but eight of the corpses were women and children. Twenty-nine children were captured and most were sold into slavery in Mexico. It was one of the worst such massacres in the history of the American West, and in its day commanded unparalleled national attention. Peace parleys designed to prevent an escalation of hostilities followed the event. In those parleys, surviving Apaches begged U.S. military officials for help in recovering their children:

The first responses of the [Apaches] to the massacre on April 30, 1871, illuminate the very limits of human expression. Not only were many [Apaches], their bodies sprawled amid the burning [shelters]; along Ara¬vaipa Creek, silenced by death; Western Apache traditions favored not speak¬ing in the face of intense despair and instead using nonverbal displays of grief such as cutting one's hair or burning a deceased family member's possessions. Survivors' initial refusal to articulate their losses left a deep impression on the first outsiders to reach the massacre site. 'Many of the men, whose fami¬lies had all been killed, when I spoke to them ... were obliged to turn away, unable to speak, and too proud to show their grief. The women whose children had been killed or stolen were convulsed with grief. ... Children who two days before had been full of fun and frolic, kept at a distance, expressing won¬dering horror.'...

"In the early [peace] parleys, one point emerged paramount: the fate of the twenty¬-nine children seized during the massacre. 'Get them back for us,' one [Apache] exhorted the [officials]. '[O]ur little boys will grow up slaves, and our girls, as soon as they are large enough, will be diseased prostitutes to get money for whoever owns them. ... Our dead you cannot bring back to life, but those that are living we gave to you, and we look to you, who can write and talk and have soldiers, to get them back.'

"The [military officials] vowed to protect the survivors from further attack and to recover the People's missing children. ... By the Black Rocks People's [Apache's] reckoning, twenty-nine of their youths had been seized; of these, two had escaped back ... leaving twenty-seven still unac¬counted for. One of [chief] HashkÄ“Ä“ bá nzįn's last comments during his September parley with the Enemy had been to express his pleasure at [their] renewed promises to return the youngsters to the People: 'It seems to him now as if he had his children in his own hands.' Similarly, when a new [official] (General O. O. Howard) called upon the Black Rocks People the following spring, the redemption of their children was one of the first points the People raised with him. [The Apache] strove to impress upon their visitor the human costs of the massacre, ... showing him 'a little girl, eight or nine years of age,' who had survived the Camp Grant Massacre but was 'wounded under her ear and in her side.' ...

"As the conversation turned to the still unresolved status of the [Apache] children, however, the mood of the conference darkened. More than a year after the massacre and despite repeated promises to locate the [Apache]'s offspring, the [military] produced only six (four girls and two boys) of the twenty-seven missing children. Even more disap¬pointing, the lead ... negotiator, General Howard, swayed by settler claims that the Apache children were better off in 'civilized,' Christian households, suddenly imposed a new condition: he would only return those [children] whose parents were alive to care for them. ...

"In the end, however, the only compromise the two sides could agree upon was to have the six children remain at the army base at Blue Water Pool under the care of an [Anglo American] governess -- a measure that did not return the youths to their families but that did not leave them among their captors either,'

"Despite the determined efforts of the Black Rocks People to reclaim their relatives, the trail of the other twenty-one captured children vanishes at this point."

CIVIL RIGHTS ICON TRIES TO RUIN TRUMP PRESIDENCY

Rep. John Lewis, (D-Ga.), does not recognize Trump as a “legitimate president”

BarkGrowlBite | January 14, 2017

In 1965, John Lewis was one of the leaders of the ‘bloody Sunday’ protest in Alabama. He has been a member of Congress since 1986. He is revered as a civil rights icon by all Democrats, as well as by many Republicans.

In an NBC news clip released Friday, Lewis told “Meet the Press” moderator Chuck Todd:

"I don't see this President-elect as a legitimate president. I think the Russians participated in helping this man get elected. And they helped destroy the candidacy of Hillary Clinton."

What a blatant attempt at ruining the Trump presidency.

Someone needs to hammer this into that thick skull of the 76-year-old Lewis. The Russians did not help to destroy the Clinton candidacy. Hillary Clinton helped destroy the candidacy of Hillary Clinton.

Voters finally got fed up with Hillary’s long history of deceit, borderline criminality, lie after lie after lie, and overriding personal ambition.

And Hillary’s campaign went in the wrong direction. A sleazy John Podesta had Clinton appear at about every African-American church that exists in this country. Unfortunately for Hillary, she is not Barack Obama, and many of John Lewis’ fellow blacks did not bother to vote. Meanwhile Kellyanne Conway had Trump appear before dissatisfied white working-class Americans and concentrating on the battleground states where the electoral votes count.

The Russians did not help to destroy the Clinton candidacy. Clinton’s own campaign helped destroy the candidacy of Hillary Clinton.

Lewis and many Democrats don’t seem to get it. Donald Trump has been elected as our 45th President and he was elected legitimately in a free and fair election by a vote of the American people.

A NOTABLE LESSON FOR THE NFL

No Colin Kaepernicks allowed on the Virginia Tech basketball team

If only Commissioner Roger Goodell and the spineless owners and coaches of the NFL had the guts that Virginia Tech Coach Buzz Williams has in demanding that players respect our National Anthem.
